This is the second time working with JD services now and I was once again satisfied with the services. I had ****** ***** help me with a kitchen sink leak and went through all the possible options. Sharif was professional, kind, and understanding. I have no reason to be unhappy!

My plumbing technician John W. was top notch! His helper Issac was great also! Craftsmanship was fantastic!!! I received a 5 star service from start to finish.!

Today, ***** from JD Service now came out to check on my plumbing. He answered the questions I had and I am tentatively planning to replace one toilet. We also discussed the option of adding a hinged door over main shutoff so I can easily have access. ***** opened this space to confirm there is some insulation covering the plumbing since the main shutoff is located outside in a closet. He also drained my water heater.
***** was on time, understood my questions and gave feedback, was professional. I am very pleased with today's service.JD Service Now

This is the second time I had the pleasure of having *********** ***** as my Technician. I had to request him, and let me tell you it wasnt easy. He is quite popular!!!. He is very professional, respectful and knowledgeable about plumbing. He fixed my bathroom sinks and shower handles.
