JD Service keeps you informed as to when to expect the service *********** you don't have a specific time of arrival at the beginning of the day, they call about every 2 hours to let you know the status so that you can go about your day. They always give you about 30 - 60 minutes heads up as to the time of arrival and they send you a picture and name of the *** to expect. We are very happy with their techs and service.

********* from JD Now was respectful and gave much knowledge on plumbing inspection. I brought my gas hot water with JD Now and was please his observation and Findings. He gave me options in which I appreciate, hope to get him for next years inspection with JD service.JD Service Now
