*** arrived at our home on time and quickly diagnosed our electrical problem. The circuit breaker that was needed wasn't on the van so he went to the warehouse for the part. Dryer is back in operation. Prompt service with a smile. Good Job!JD Service Now

Dishonest person. By the estimate I understood that it would be $ ****** to change 2 faucets but this was for 1 faucet. I went by the description. Anyway, when we got that cleared. I told him that I would not need the service, but I would pay for the visit. He stated that he was calling his supervisor, then he came back to me and said they would not charged the visit. But I had to sign papers, he trick because he did not let me see what I was signing. And I am a single woman of 59 years old. People do try to take advantage of that. What he gave me to sign that he had performed the job and I was going to pay for it. $ ******. The good thing is I have cameras inside the house and outside that show that he was here for less than 15 minutes.......JD Service Now

Recently, our Air Conditioner (not sold to us by JD Now!) went out. We called and ***************************** came out. I went down with him and found that the problem was something I could clear myself. Since I cleared the problem, he stayed to look into the root cause of the problem a little more deeply. He found that an incorrectly installed drain pan (also not install by JD Now!) was causing recurring problems. He took steps to resolve the problem. This is an example of taking steps above and beyond the call of duty that make these people worth more than their maintenance costs would indicate. This is the third problem installed by someone else that JD Now! has corrected. The number of maintenance callouts and the costs that these problems would have incurred in the future is inestimable but extremely significant. They don't just fix problems, the prevent problems.
