We have used Streamline for about 20 years and have always been pleased with the quality of service and products. We use for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and the technicians have consistently been competent, polite, and thorough, and have cleaned up after any work. They have explained any issues and options for resolving and told us the cost upfront. Online they had offer of $59 for inspection of outside sewer line which was confirmed by the woman we spoke to when scheduling but when the man arrived at our home, he said it was over $400 for the inspection and more if there was anything to clean out, Deceptive advertising!Streamline Services Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical

We have had multiple opportunities to use Streamline Services (furnace/AC Replacement, tankless hot water heater replacement, and various smaller plumbing jobs. Every interaction has been outstanding. 1 star****** R ************ will rob you. They charged almost $700 to install two electrical outlets when there other outlets in close proximity. The charge they make in no way pertains to how long it takes to do the work. I can't believe they can stay in business treating customers this way. The ******************** needs to take a close look at their business practices as clearly I am not the first one that has had this experience. I called them and let them know how unhappy I was and that I would be leaving an unfavorable review. They clearly did not care or want to make this right with me.Review fromKevin S

1 starTHESE GUYS MAY LITERALLY ROB YOU!!!!!****** and **** came to do some work in my home at the request of my landlord. I had $2600 cash in a bank envelope in my bedroom dresser drawer where they were left alone working. A few days later, I discovered it was missing. I called the police and their manager, *****, who did not care in the least and spoke to me like a 70's used car salesman. I told him I would stick to the facts in my review so here they are: I had cash in an envelope in my drawer. I discovered it was gone a few days later. The only people that went in our bedroom during that time, confirmed by cameras in my house, were me, my wife and Streamline Services plumbers. 1 starI had heat pump not working 01-31-2024 so I called Streamline services in ******* **. They were on *********** website as being a recommended company. They told me they have a special of $69.95 for diagnostic, so they out and very ******** told me the See more 7m Reply ************************* I told him from the beginning we could not afford a new unit. But he was very consistent about a new one. After he finished the job the bill was $929.70 The next day I found the part was only $18.00 the rest was labor for one hour of work. I havebeen taken advantage of because we are senior citizens on a very fixed income. I talked to the company and they said we charge a flat rate for all the jobs and that was the price like it or not.
