    Terrible customer service! My registration wasn’t working so I reached out.
    They said it was an invalid registration number, it was not. I can’t believe my ******* store sold me this scam product.
    I wish I read the reviews before I purchased it.

    Same thing happen to me I was logged into the asfalis app for my ****** * ***** and screen broke and nothing has happened. They won't refund anything even though it says they will protect and pay for the cell if the glass is broken with the screen protector on it. It's a bogus company and metro is selling it like it's legit when It isn't. Don't waste your money

    Had to buy a new phone. Bought the screen shield, which apparently has to be registered to be guaranteed. Went thru the excessive hoops till it had me point device at a clean mirror. Nothing would happen despite over 45 minutes of retrying. You can't skip it without losing the warranty. Thus they make money off of a warranty they do not provide as you can not complete their registration steps. Extremely frustrating.

    This company provides a terrible product with a bogus money back guarantee. My phone screen broke within a month of purchase. After jumping through multiple hoops to complete all of the steps to qualify for reimbursement I have been waiting over a month for money that was supposed to be entered into my bank account within 10 days. They offered a bogus excuse for the delay and then stopped answering my emails.

    I had purchased a screen protector through them and my phone ended up Cracking and I filed the warranty for it. It was approved, they had me send over my deposit info ect and said payment would be sent soon. About six week later I reached out again and they said they were back logged, It has now been seven months, and ive emailed several times and they will not even Respond to my email anymore. So disgusted with the customer service and the "scam" the product is.

    Horrible claim service. Filed claim which was approved and after 4 1/2 months still waiting fir reimbursement of ***** Only answer they give you is to be patient as they are having a slight delay processing claims. No phone number can be found to call so only emails back and forth. Twice I emailed them and received no response at all. Went to Verizon store where product was purchased and put on my grandson’s phone and was told sorry we can’t help you with claim. I would think that if you sell the product in your store that you would be some what liable. Unhappy with both companies.

    Bought a Google Pixel 6 Pro and payed for the liquid glass as well as a warranty. Wasn't told anywhere in the process that I only had 30 days to register the warranty. Had a very busy month, and just over 30 days later, I decide to register my phone. It was in perfect condition at the time, and I sent them photo evidence of that while registering the phone.The app told me everything was good and I was covered. Dropped my phone the other day, the liquid glass that was supposed to harden my phone screen apparently didn't do so, as a rock on the ground has now caused a small shatter with a white streak across my glitching phone screen. When I tried to make a claim, they told me I registered it late, so there was nothing they could do. I explained that I wasn't told about a 30 day limit, and that the photos I sent showed it was in great condition when I registered the phone. Got no reply to that email, so I went to the customer service website that they say to use in the app. The website loads an Error 403 when opened, meaning they messed something up when setting up the website, or they are intentionally locking their customers out of the customer support line. Absolute waste of time and money, do not give these scamming thieves a cent or a minute of your time. I've gotten better customer service at the drive through.

    Warranty is worthless.
    Save your time and money
    Customer service doesn't exist.
    Screen broke 9 months into warranty.
    They can't help.
    They should have to repay the cost of the product

    They make the registration process long and convoluted so you abandon registration. It is a gimmick and not a genuine guarantee it is simply a ruse.

    Did not get reimbursed for cracked screen warranty. Asfalis keeps telling me they are backlogged in their reimbursement department. Do Not purchase this product. Scam
