    No words to describe how pathetic this company is. Cheap liquid glass that does nothing, and NO REFUND still. I have been waiting since 11/7/22 for my refund that WAS APPROVED. First. They want you to email your bankinh information over a unsecured email. I refused. So they said they would send a check. BUT they would charge ME $15.00 to send it. I'm getting the same BS excuse "We are experiencing high volumes which is having an impact on our processing times." Since NOVEMBER?????? 2 things going on here. 1) They're a shady company 2) Their product is that bad that they have thousands of customers awaiting refund. AVOID THIS COMPANIES PRODUCT AT ALL COST. It DOESN'T work and they won't REFUND your money.

    Same as everyone else. I processed a claim in November. Approved all steps and no reimbursement was sent. Still to this date they are "backlogged". Never recommend them or the product seller.

    After doing everything they asked me to do to warranty my screen. They accepted the claim and said a reimbursement will be mailed. Two months now and nothing. I get the same message everyone else is getting. Some sort of backlog which I'm believing is a scam at this point.

    I had the liquid glass protector for almost 2 years. The screen had cracked and I contacted support. They provided me with a list of requirements for the replacement to be 'accepted'. I provided the invoice and the credit card receipt as they requested. They are refusing to pay claiming "We have reviewed your receipt and unfortunately we are unable to proceed with your reimbursement as the exact cost of the screen repair has not been itemized on the receipt.". The receipt clearly states $*** for screen replacement. I even provided the statement the repair shop gave me to order the 'replacement screen'. They are denying my claim. So I am out the initial investment and the replacement screen cost.

    I bought the cellhelmet Liquid Glass Protector for my phone this summer. Phone ended up cracking and so I went ahead a filed a claim to receive my **** "guaranteed" reimbursement. After sending in all the necessary paperwork and receipts (which was a huge pain to deal with that) they finally told me that I have been approved for my "guaranteed" reimbursement. I sent over all my correct ACH info and then after a week, I still had no reimbursement. I emailed asking for a status update and they respond saying "We wanted to advise you that we are currently experiencing a backlog with our reimbursements, which is causing a slight delay." I said ok that's fine and waited. Another 3 weeks go by, still no reimbursement. I email them back asking what the delay is, their response is "As explained in our last response we are currently experiencing a backlog with our reimbursements, which is causing a delay." Clearly they are dodging my question and I still have no reimbursement from them. I have emailed them weekly since then and haven't received any answers or even a response. It seems they have no intention to actually reimburse me although it is apparently "guaranteed". As of now, it has been a month and a half and still no money from them. I will continue to email their customer support team but have little to no hope this will be resolved. This company seems to be a scam and they will do anything and everything to not fulfill their promise. Zero stars.

    After jumping through all the hoops to be qualified for a reimbursement for the screen repair on my iPhone I have now been waiting since 10/24/2022 to see the funds deposited in my bank, but on their website it has been sitting in a Payment Pending status that entire time. The only reponse I get when responding to their email chain is, "we are currently experiencing a backlog with our reimbursements, which is causing a slight delay." At this point I don't feel I will ever see the money reimbursed.

    I have not received the reimbursement for my screen repair from more than a month ago. My claim was confirmed, but they keep telling me there is a "backlog with reimbursements." This is extremely concerning. I last told them I would be leaving this review and taking them to c**** if I did not receive an update from them. They have not replied. It is unacceptable that I have to go through this effort. My last ********** claim, which was handled with ***** ****** ********l, was extremely quick and painful. Shame on this company.

    After jumping through all the hoops Asfalis requires and getting their approval for repair, despite my submitting the appropriate receipt, they tell me that they are so backed up with payments it will take time for my claim to be paid. Well, it has been weeks, and every time I ask they give me the same runaround. This is a dishonest company. I still have not received a cent of the $***claim!

    Thank you for getting in touch regarding this claim Reimbursement. Typically, we do try to pay the claims within 30 days of approval. We have taken a look at this claim and can see that this approval date was the 18th of October. We have since attempted to process this reimbursement, however the bank details provided by this customer are not valid. We have reached out to the customer requesting that they provide the correct details for their payment so that we can reprocess this payment.     Zero rating if I could. This company ***! The warranty is a joke! They point out after the fact that you cannot repair your phone until you file a claim with them. What a ***! Cell phones are our lifeline and when something happens our reaction is to get it fixed.... NOW! Well, they don't work that way. You have to be patient with their response until you can fix it. How many people only have their phone for internet access? Lots! My phone was unusable when I had my mishap less than a month afterward installation. Installation that was obviously the installers error. How am I suppose to access information to establish a claim when my phone does not work? They probably would have required me to take a picture with my phone as well, which would have been impossible!!!!! THERE IS NO WARRANTY BECAUSE OF THE HOOPS YOU HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH!

    We understand that the outcome of the claim might be disappointing to the customer, however we hope you can appreciate that we have procedures in place that are governed by the Underwriter which must be followed and cannot be breached.

    We appreciate that the device needed to be repaired quickly, however we have responded to the original request as soon as possible and we always do our best to get back to our customer as quickly about their claims, as we appreciate that having their device repaired is of the upmost importance to them.

    In response to - "They point out after the fact that you cannot repair your phone until you file a claim with them." This is actually not true.

    Please note, after the registration process is completed we send out an Activation Email which states that:

    `If you wish to make a claim under this Product Performance Guarantee you must submit that claim prior to proceeding with any repair. Any repair undertaken without prior approval cannot be claimed for under this Product Performance Guarantee.'

    Not only is this on the Activation Email that is sent out, it is also stated on the website and also in the Terms and Conditions of the product purchased. We realize that not everyone reads the Terms and Conditions, so we made the print large and bold/Red letters in the Activation Email as to bring attention to this so that the customer is aware.

    The reason that we are so upfront about this information with our customers is because it is an extremely important part of our claims process.

    In response to filing the claim on the damaged device - The claim can be filed on any device, including a laptop. We provide the helpdesk website on the Registration Card provided at the time of purchase and also on our website.

    Once again, we are very sorry to hear of the customer's disappointment, however we do have procedures in place that must be followed. These procedures are provided in multiple ways to the customer at the time of purchase via their Registration Card and also at the time of Registration, via the Activation Email. Of course, we are available via our helpdesk for any questions that the customer may have.
