    I am so glad that it is common knowledge that they are a SCAM! SCAMM. I bought stupid liquid glass protector from them and I had to have a pin from the original packaging which I had. My receipt number for "proof of purchase" and I bought it a month ago when to go register it. It then said I couldn't register any product before the 10/2 when I bought it on 9/22 and it's 10/31!! Your joking with me! Complete scam!

    Sadly we're unable to accept a registration that has not been registered within the advised timeframe.

    We can assure you that this is in fact not a scam as advised in this complaint. Actually, we advise that you must complete your registration within 30 days of purchasing your product, both on your Registration Card also on our registration page.

    Our processes are governed by the The Terms and Conditions of the Product Performance Guarantee, meaning we're unauthorized to breach these terms and uphold the registration.

    They are a scam. If you don't make a claim in less than a year your out of luck. Like why spend ** on a product that has a 1 year warranty. Nope no good don't do it.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. We are sorry to hear of the customer's disappointment.
    We have reviewed this claim and we can see that this claim has been rejected due to the following reason:

    Product Performance Guarantee Expired
    This Product Performance Guarantee is valid for a maximum period of 12 months from product purchase date. We cannot accept a claim that is outside the Product Performance Guarantee Period.

    This customer's product was purchased on the 13th of September 2021, meaning the Product Performance Guarantee expired on 13th of September 2022. The customer filed a claim on the 29th of October 2022 which is outside of the 12 month period.

    This information is provided at the time of purchase on the customer's Registration Card. It is also provided on our website and again in the Terms and Conditions for the product that they have purchased.

    Following the procedures put in place by the Underwriter does not constitute a scam, as stated in this complaint. We have procedures in place that must be followed and cannot be breached.

    This product failed within a week of professional application resulting in two broken phone screens. Customer service will not respond and as thus will not honor warranty. This product is horrible and I've advised everyone who has asked NOT to waste over *** of their hard earned cash and an hour if their time on this product. Very disappointed that ******* pushed this product when it fails to live up to its claims. Even more disappointed that the company Asfalis is providing false advertisement and a failing product.

    The warranty plan is intentionally designed for a customer to give up during the process. A lot of small print and the ridiculous requirements for the claim submission. I registered the product, Liquid Glass from Cellhelmet, and when it failed in only 30 days, I filed a claim and repaired my phone, but then apparently my claim was not completed and I was supposed to do it before the repairs? They also wanted a screen of my broken phone, it is not enough that I have submitted all the receipts from the moment of registration and the receipt of repairs stating that it is the same phone, repaired at the same place during 35 days period? I kept receiving an email confirming that my claim was filed, but then it would sent to the link where I could finish my claim, but it would actually send me to the same page that I started with? I am very patient person, and it takes a lot to piss me off, but this company business model is dishonest at best, close to fraudulent, in my opinion. Do not buy anything with Asfalis warranty. Unfortunately, the product does not say that it was warranted by Asfalis, so I am not sure if it is going to help, but I will be posting reviews on UbreakIfix and Amazon as well, so hopefully I can warn other customers not to give money to this company

    ********** claim was way better before this company took over. And why do we have to get approval for a claim when we bought your product and registered the product before we even make a claim. This is a scam. Do we really have to wait days before we have to repair our device. The registration itself is a proof of legit transaction. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH ASFALIS.

    Within the 'Product Performance Guarantee Activation' email the customer received after registering their device, we state 'Please Note: If you wish to make a claim under this Product Performance Guarantee you must submit that claim prior to proceeding with any repair. Any repair undertaken without prior approval cannot be claimed for under this Product Performance Guarantee.' The customer had their screen repaired prior to receiving approval from our claims department in violation of the PPG Terms and Conditions. However on this occasion as a gesture of good will and due to further information provided by the customer regarding that supports their claim, we have agreed to uphold. This issue has now been resolved for the customer.
