      I have been in contract with this company for a car port structure since 8/24/23 and was told that as long as I was in contract by the beginning of October that the car port that is going up in a seasonal camp site location (to protect a camper from NY winter weather) would be done without a problem. I also provided the $1368.00 down payment with the contract agreement.
      I have called the scheduler for the NY devision, Adryanna, several times with my concern that winter is quickly approaching and to see if there is a date for our structure yet.
      It seems the NY company that they contract with out of Mechanicville has an insurance issue as the building permit the town requires that you have and was provided to Adryanna on 8/29/23 has to show proof of insurance. Adryanna tells me with every call to her she will follow up with someone and get back to me and never does.
      I called back to the salesman, Travis , a couple of weeks ago after no follow up from the scheduler, Adryanna, and he was going to look into it and get back to me. As of 11/24/23 I still have no communication from either of them.
      At this point I would NEVER recommend this company,nor can I afford to loose out on my deposit to go with another contractor. I am hoping they will do the right thing and give me back my deposit if they are unable to meet the services they said they could do.

      Thank you for the apology however some form of return communication goes a lot further than no communication at all. As of this date 12/14/23 I still have heard nothing from anyone. The customer service starts out well in the very beginning and then non-existant. I understand there can be obstacles, but business/customer communication is importatnt. I am hoping that you can find a solution and complete my carport project.

      Very professional crew, super happy with the quality of my metal structure. Very painless process from beginning to end.A++++ service!!! I order a 20ft x 20ft structure with 8ft side legs. Very happy with the outcome!!!!
