Absolutely love this company!! I am a supervisor in Business Developement.. this company gets 5 stars plus 10. **************** is absolutely 100% the best ever! Absolutely pain free from my first call to my deliver!! They made it absolutely one of the best experiences with a large purchase. I will refer them to everyone! From my calls, text and emails with ****** to the delivery with *****.. absolutely amazed by how friendly and willing to help and make things work! Customer for life! *****************************

I worked inside sales for 17 years and this company rates 5 out of 5 stars. ***************** detailed drawings, expected ship date and time frame of construction. Delivery man was very nice, put this well constructed shed exactly where we like. Highly recommend the company. Plus I like the shed better than I thought I would!Sheds Direct, LLC

I was truly impressed with how professional and personable my delivery driver was. Any question that I might have he was ready with a sure and quick answer. He showed himself to be knowledgeable about not only his task at hand, but the larger company as a whole. He was very informative about my purchase, going far above and beyond in offering information. It was quite a pleasant half hour! Everything from picking colors, size, etc., placing the order, signing off on all the paperwork, pricing, and notification that our building was complete and delivery would be made soon went absolutely great with Sheds Direct, Inc. HOWEVER, from there it went south. I am not sure if it was Sheds Direct, Inc. fault or the fault of the transport company , but actually getting notification of a delivery date and receiving the building took two more weeks. That was almost as long as it took to construct the building. as soon as my husband got home from work, we looked it over good. We then realized that the transport company had traveled to close to the right side of the road and had gone under tree limbs that scratched our metal roof, the entire length of the 32 foot building. Also, we were expecting only concrete blocks to be used as footing for the building, but they also used a bunch of wooden shim wedges, which will end up rotting. About half of the blocks and wooden shims jut out beyond the edge of the building. This would not allow us to put any kind of foundation around the face of the bldg. to keep animals out from under it. Obviously, the scratched roof and issue with the concrete blocks sticking out are direct problems by the transport company. However, Sheds Direct, Inc. will be the one to send someone out to replace the part of the metal roof that was damaged. There is a work order pending for them to come out and do that as well as a work order for the transport company to come back out and relocate the concrete blocks. Sheds Direct, Inc. has emailed us and said that they are behind on repairs and will get us scheduled when they can. As of today, we have still not heard anything from the transport company about coming out to take care of the concrete blocks. Delivery was made just over two weeks ago. I will most definitely update this once. These items have been taken care of.Sheds Direct, LLC
