      Berico was recommended to me by my neighbor who used them at her past and present home. We received a quote from another company and decided to go with Berico because we felt they had the best solution and also the best value. The installation took less time than I expected. All team members were courteous, professional and respectful. When checking the thermostat inside the house a couple times they always put on shoe covers, even if it was just for a few seconds. They also swept and cleaned up around their work area. Highly recommend.

      We scheduled annual maintenance of our HVAC system with Berico. Service Technician ***** ******** inspected the unit and found two issues with the system. ***** returned within two days and performed the repairs. We sincerely appreciate the excellent service provided by Berico. We specifically want to thank ***** for his professionalism and attention to detail.

      We needed to replace a gas package unit in our home. We obtained several estimates from three different local companies. We decided to go with Berico because of they offered a competitive price on a highly rated unit. They arrived on time and did exactly what they said they would do. The installation went smoothly, and they explained every detail of the operation of the new thermostat. It's been a month now and everything is functioning as advertised. I'm very impressed by all of the people who I came in contact with at Berico.

      Expect the up-sell. . The wed recommend this or that addition to your system schtick. Essentially a brand new AC system now needs surge protection. and the technician says, I installed them at my mothers place.Being a Berico customer for nearly 20 years, I would have expected this you gotta have it addition to have been included on the install.

      Thank you so much for your feedback. Good or bad we always grow when we hear from our customers. We apologize if our recommendations were received as an upsell. I took a moment to review our recommendations of a surge protector, hard start, and condenser cover. Similar to visiting with the doctor, we want to ensure our customers know how they can enhance the air quality, comfort and longevity of their equipment and home. In the end, our recommendations are left for the customer to choose from, or not. Alternatively, if we did not provide recommendations to help a customer with the comfort and operation of their HVAC equipment, we would not be providing the full value of our technicians expertise. Additionally, as our community grows we have seen a strain the electrical grid and its negative on HVAC equipment with power surges. Some of these trends are new, which is why both a surge protector and hard start may have not been top of mind at the top on your installation. In the end, we want all recommendations to be your choice and apologize if it was perceived as anything else. We are extremely grateful for your loyalty and trust for all these years and hope to continue that well into the future.

      My family and I have been Berico loyal customers for over 60 years total. We prefer working with local business owners such as the Berrys and Fuquays. We have purchased several HVAC systems, service contracts, oil delivery, etc. We have received service calls response promptly. Only one time, on Christmas Day , we did not get emergency services due to call volumes. We were very disappointed after having been such a loyal customer. All techs have been very professional and completed our service satisfactory.The office staff have been very professional and helpful in person as well as on the phone.We hope Berico will remain a local business giving excellent service.We have recommended family and friends to use Berico for their HVAC service.

      Had to contact the Eden ********************** this morning and I have to say that ****** helped me through what needed to be done over the phone. She was so nice and so helpful.
