      *** was my technician and he was fabulous, thorough, personable and took his time to inspect and service my hvac unit appropriately. I am a HUGE Mr. *** fan and he is my go to for service. he deserves 100 stars and i deeply appreciate his professional and kind, relatable disposition. hes the most awesome tech and hes been with the company since he was a teenager. his dad also worked for Berico and its a beautiful legacy hes been a part of. Berico is very blessed to have such an individual. Cheers for Mr. ***!

      We haven't been using Berico but for a short period of time. Their customer service is outstanding and the technicians that have been sent out are very knowledgeable. If I didn't understand somethng as far as biling or service work, they were all so helpful in explaining.

      Berico has been taking care of my boiler and AC for years. I trust their boiler technician, Juan A*****, and highly recommend him. June who sometimes answers the phone when I call to request an oil delivery is a delight to talk to and conveys warmth over the phone; a rare quality these days and worth a million bucks in my opinion.

      Berico has been my fuel and heating system go to company for 50 plus years. Never a problem with my equipment or fuel service. Several years I switched to them for my propane needs. That too has been just fine. Thank you.

      In 2022 Berico filled my tank to $1600. My father had passed away and I knew nothing of the autofill. I called the Eden store and spoke with Teresa. She assured me that I would not be on autofill. I got the bill paid. Berico wanted to check my equipment for the coming winter and made an appointment with me to come to the house at 8 am. No one ever showed and I was late for work. They made another appointment and was late but a storm had come thru and it made the driver late. October 2023 I was contacted by Berico again thru text message. I again said no auto fill and wanted enough to get me thru winter. They filled for $800 which was promptly paid. December 15 they deliver $800 more that I did not ask for. I called Greensboro and I admit I was extremely upset. Monday Becky from Eden store called to let me know she had communicated with me in October and I requested autofill. I am sure I didn’t. After speaking with Becky she became rude and told me they could come come and pull the tank off and would not owe anything. I have not sign any paper saying I did not want autofill. I would like to have Becky’s supervisor number to discuss the matter further
