Berico is a fine company and has been around since I was a child. Gavin came and serviced our gas logs and we also discussed several options to resolve a minor issue if needed. He checked out everything and cleaned the logs and enclosure. We were very pleased and will use Berico again for sureBerico

Berico came to service the Heat part of our HVAV onJune 21, 2022. We have the highest regard and the highest review for the servicing and especially for the technician Rod J****. He called us prior to coming, came early in the designed time window for that date, always alerted us to his procedures, was polite, courteous, and professional. We rate this servicing call and especially technician Rod J**** the highest. We have had Rod J**** as the technician previously and request him for our servicing, He was as excellent on the June 21, 2022, service call as ever. Five stars.
