1 starI let the trial run and continued for a few months, then decided to cancel before the next billing cycle. The company confirmed my cancellation, but I was still charged for another month afterward. It seems like they rely on people forgetting about subscriptions, and their customer service does little to fix the issue or make it right. ** recommend staying away from this company entirely.Review fromKatie A

1 star*************, do not use, continually charges you $50 with no email or receipt in hopes you will not realize, yet has no problem emailing you for anything else. When threatening to leave a bad review they all of a sudden can partially refund you which was impossible 30 seconds prior. Not a good product either - do not use this company and do not sign up for the free trial. I also love the ** generated response to a bad review without even taking the 2 seconds to delete out the prompt in the beginningReview fromMalinda J

I wish there was a 0 star because these ppl are awful they said it was a $1 7 day trial period and they have been charging my card $56 dollars every since. Absolutely terrible

Do not trust this company, I signed up for the free trial and created several documents. Ran them by my lawyers here in ** and all of them needed to be redone to meet FL requirements. They have NO contact number and I had to resort to chat to dispute charges to my card after the free trial period despite have contacted them to cancel it within the seven day trial. Suddenly no record of the cancellation could be found. Total scam!Legal Templates, LLC

I see this is a common issue with this company. I had a 7-day trial, during which I had gone to cancel during the trial, and it said the membership was cancelled. Then I was charged $50 after the trial had ended, even though during the trial it said my subscription had been cancelled. This seemed like a simple error on their part, so the exact day I was charged I reached out to the support team to get this sorted out. The support team was less than helpful stating that "any charges made before cancellation are still your responsibility as outlined in our Terms of Use." Which makes sense, if my subscription was not cancelled during the trial period, which on their website it said it was cancelled. So I clarified that their website said it was cancelled during the trial period. I figured since it said it was cancelled that I would not have to do anything extra to cancel it. I was clearly incorrect. My bank even denied the first attempt at charging me because it thought it was scam. So I went back into my account and it said the trial had ended and my subscription was cancelled (for the second time). I thought that was the end of it, but they recharged me which is when I went to the support team and got the run around, even though their website said it was cancelled.Please stay away from this business they have scam business practices.Legal Templates, LLC

I had signed up for a free trial which allows for 7 days to cancel. I had attempted to do so and was under the impression that i had. I was just notified of a close to $50 charge for renewal and again tried to cancel my account. This time it conveniently allowed me to but not after charging me and telling me refunds are out of the question. This business is a scam.Legal Templates, LLC

My trial was charged the full amount not even the full 7 days into my trial. Their policy says they cancel after the 7 days and mine wasnt even given to 11:59 that night before being charged. I lost a family member and didnt realize theyd charge me before the 7 days was up. I canceled immediately without using anything else of the service and was still denied a refund. I recently had a disappointing experience with LegalTemplate, LLC. After signing up for their service, I was charged a monthly subscription fee on April 26, 2025, even though the terms clearly stated a daily charge of $1.6. I decided not to continue using the app after the trial period, but was surprised to see a full month's charge. I wasn't ******* to cancel the subscription because I thought I would be charged daily. English is not my first language, so I may not have completely understood the terms. However, using this against customers is unfair. When I contacted ********************** to request a refund, their response was unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to issue a refund and kept sending the same generic response, essentially telling me it was my ********** a student with no source of income and only expenses, this $50 charge for a service I am not going to use is a significant burden for me. I find this practice unfair and misleading. LegalTemplates should address customer concerns properly and adhere to fair billing practices. I signed up for a free trial. Used the service once and then was billed for over a year in excess of $500. The company sends no invoice or receipt and then has all sorts of unfair justifications on why they cannot refund anything while totally avoiding the fact that you haven't used their service in over a year.
