I signed up for a free trial and then my long time family pet died. In the chaos that followed the free trial lapsed and I was charged for the maximum possible subscription. I talked with support to attempt to undo this, hoping that there would be ***** allowed for bereavement. There was not. And the whole time I was talking with support (not the individual's fault - they are just following a script) they were trying to sell me on services and provide discounts. Genuinely awful policy and behavior.

Mistake Was Fixed The above review was originally posted after a negative experience with Legal Templates through their online support system. I was contacted directly via email after the review was posted and given a full refund along with apologies. This outreach is greatly appreciated and makes me consider Legal Templates a company I would work with in the future. The website works fine for the tasks you may need however when I attempted to cancel the trial subscription there was an error. I tried reaching customer support and unfortunately it was entering a weekend followed by a holiday week. They only offer contact through chatting from their website which also populates an error after saying check a box that is invisible to the person visiting the site looking for support help. So after looking online for a physical contact number I found this companys contact number on ******************. After contacting them I was told no in my request for a refund but after telling them I have screenshots of the site in error that I could email then they were open to giving a refund. It should not be this difficult to contact a business taking money from people yet alone on a monthly basis.Legal Templates, LLC

Good evening!I did not receive any confirmation email the day Legaltemplate was taking my money, I just got an email the day I was signed up for the account, suddenly my debit card has been charged monthly for $39.95 without my consent or any notification from your company. this situation is perplexing, as I have not utilized the service since the trial period concluded, and it seems illogical to maintain an active subscription for a service no longer needed.I demand a thorough and transparent explanation for the lack of communication regarding my case, and just now I read the reviews on the company platform such a surprise that a lot of people complained about the same things and why it was not processed and the company fix this issue. When I contacted Legal Templates tonight, the ** named **** (sorry If it is wrong with the spelling) helped me just to confirm that I have been canceled for next month, I wish I would be not charged any more, this made an unhappy experience for me, this business model takes advantage from people by not notify in the last day of trial. Beware of Hidden Charges and Deceptive Practices Their entire business model revolves around getting people locked into higher-than-advertised monthly charges after the "free trial."They later billed me $49, far above the original $9.95 price they had advertised. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to offer any refund. This companys business model is designed to scam customers by changing prices and hiding communication, effectively trapping people into unwanted memberships.I strongly advise anyone considering this company to steer clear. I was scammed by this company by a free trial that I canceled and was told by them I didnt. I never received one email from the company. I thought this was a service I could use. As soon as I got access I realized this service was not what I needed. Therefore I canceled immediately on the website. They originally charged me a $1.00 seven days after the free trial date. I assumed that meant I was only charged that amount because the cancelation went through. This was deceiving However there was a separate charge for the remainder of the balance of ***** in April and then charged ***** for May, June July and August. I called the number associated with this company and they said I never canceled and would not refund the charges. They said they would refund the pending charge on Aug 29 the day I canceled. I contacted my credit card company to get involved since they would not return charges for services that were canceled and never used.Legal Templates, LLC

Took $38.95 from my account without any warning or my knowledge and couldn't find a way to get it credited back to my account so I messaged them an email telling them that I wanted to follow up with legal action and got... Horrible. They lure you in with a $1.99 trail. My card was charged for a $39 month subscription without my knowledge. I called immediately to have the charge reversed, but was told they didn't have the capability to do so (that's a lie). When I talked to the agent a month ago I told them that I wanted to cancel the subscription. Today, a month later, I see that they have charged my card again. SO SHADY! I called today and was given the same runaround, that they couldn't refund the charge. I have had my bank dispute the charges. This company is DISHONEST!
