1 starI recently purchased a new AC unit from Go Green for $10,000, and its been a nightmare from start to finish. The unit repeatedly breaks down every summer requiring multiple service calls and Im still left with a faulty system that barely works when I need it most.Go Greens customer service has been less than helpful. Theyre unwilling to provide a resolution, whether thats a partial or full refund, and Im stuck with a problematic AC that Im forced to repair year after year.If youre looking for a reliable company to handle your heating or air conditioning, Id advise you to look elsewhere. Go Green Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electrical has completed several home projects for me over the last few years. The technicians have always been courteous, patient in answering questions and extremely capable in their areas of expertise! My dryer had begun to take longer to get my clothes completely dry and I was concerned about proper outdoor venting. ***** ***** arrived and evaluated the dryer vent hose status, and it was determined that it would be best to replace it with a more substantial one. He completed this very challenging work, as well as performed routine service on my A/C system, all in one visit.I couldn't be more pleased with ******* competence, professionalism and pleasant demeanor - thank you! I'm always happy to highly recommend Go Green!!

Go Green Plumbing Heating and Air goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done the right way to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. I contracted them to replace all of my flex duct work for my HVAC. Their sales technician ******* came and gave me an estimate I could live with and their prices are exceptionally reasonable. He patiently and thoroughly explained every step of the process and came during the job to make sure everything was being done to the highest standards. Their installation technicians ******* and ***** worked tirelessly and really put their heart and soul into their work. They are so professional and thorough in all that they do. They even cleaned up areas that they noticed needed it that was beyond the original job scope just because their work ethics are so good and that's just how they roll. ;-) What a blessing they were to me. Excellence at its finest. This is the first time I have used Go Green but it won't be the last. I will use them for every heating, plumbing or electrical need I have in the future because I know I have finally found a company that I can trust to do their best in all that they do. Very bad experience with this company ****** dollars later and still have the same issue. ****** is the only person that has returned my calls and has been helpful. ***** the one that is in charge I have only talked to 3 times and the third time was to tell me there was nothing they could do for me only that I have more than one issue. And the person that came out to diagnose the problem quit the same week. You would think they would have someone else come out and look at it again before they start tearing up my floors. Dont recommend this company for any plumbing issues especially on a concrete slab foundationGo Green Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical

Our team initially addressed a specific issue with the waste line under your concrete slab, which was clearly documented and confirmed through video footage as well as photos of the repair, before, during and after. After resolving this initial problem, further inspections revealed additional deterioration in your plumbing system, which unfortunately is common with older cast iron piping.
We understand your concerns about the cost of further necessary repairs. While we strive to keep our services affordable, the extent of the deterioration means that comprehensive work is needed to ensure the integrity of your plumbing system. As much as we would like to assist further, we are unable to provide such extensive services free of charge, as you have asked us to do.
We truly value our customers and are committed to providing quality service. As always, we are terribly sorry that youre dealing with an aged and failing plumbing system within your residence.

We have been customers since **** Green did the plumbing himself. We have a 1922 ***** House, and thus, old plumbing had to be replaced over the 30 plus years we have lived in the house. I jokingly say that we put at least one of ****'s children through college, as we have spent so much money with GoGreen. We have stuck with GoGreen as it has expanded to a full service Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical Company. So, like all big companies, GoGreen became a bit more bureaucratic, and more expensive than the "mom and pop" operations we have used previously. And they have a sales model that tries to sell you everything under the sun, and at times they will even try to sell you the sun itself. But it is a soft sell and they always provide different price options with creative service and financing opportunities. They keep a photo record of their work, so no one gets bamboozled. I have not met an office manager or technician who hasn't been extremely polite and done excellent work. On the rare occasion, when something needs to be redone, GoGreen is polite, quick, and reliable to fix things. So while the company has grown, it has never lost its friendly attitude. It's work is always good, and always clean. And GoGreen's RELIABILITY is awesome! I will take that any day!Go Green Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical

1 starThe technician installed a new fill valve, which he had to go out and get, even though my problem was a running toilet, and that is a common item.After repair, toilet runs in a different way, but not fixed.I called immediately to rectify the problem, and have to wait a week for a suitable and confirmed appointment. I was not guaranteed that service charge would be waived because there might be a new problem. Since I was calling only an hour later, I contend that a new problem was already there and should have been diagnosed on the first visit. Stay tuned.Review fromLinda G

While pushing my dryer back into its original location after cleaning all around it, I broke the connection that runs into the floor and through the crawl space. I tried and tried to fix it. All I accomplished was frustrating myself completely. Called Go Green Plumbing and they sent Kyle out to remedy the problem. Kyle was professional, efficient and extremely thorough. He made the connection better than it originally was and I could not have been happier. I only had a small window of time and Kyle finished, with time to spare, did an awesome job and left everything neat and orderly. Thanks Go Green for sending Kyle to fix the problem I had created! Justin came out to give me a quote. Very professional and easy to talk to. Helped me with finding a location for a tankless gas water heater that complied with the Code. Hard to do with an older home 1940’s with plaster walls but he found the perfect location that worked with the Code and met my desire to get it out of my kitchen. Explained everything as he was looking at options and what would be needed and why. Would definitely do business with them again.Go Green Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical
