    Hello Tirebuyer/Treadsy Customer Support Team,I am writing regarding Order # *********, placed Wednesday, June 04, 2025, and for tire installation performed today, June 07, 2025, through Tirebuyer. I pre-paid an online installation fee of $124.00, yet upon arrival I was charged $121.64 againresulting in two separate charges for the exact same service.Summary of Charges Order # / Work Order #: ********* Order Date: Wednesday, June 04, 2025 Installation Date: Saturday, June 07, 2025 Online Installation Charge: $124.00 (paid in advance)In-Shop Installation Charge: $121.64 (charged in person)Payment Method: **** ending in 5781 This duplicate billing is unacceptable.     Hi ******,

    I am so sorry that you had that experience. You pre-paid for your installation, and your installer is paid with a monthly check.  Normally, you only have to show them your receipt, and they do not charge you.  However, we were not there for the interaction, so we do not know why you were charged for install.

    We tried making this right with a refund to your original method of payment.  We received the information for your refund on 06/09/2025, and you were refunded $119.99 pm 06/10/2025, and it takes 5-7 business days for your bank to apply it.   I see it was short $1.65 for the taxes, so I had that $1.65 paid back to you today.

    I ordered 4tires from tirebuyer.com recently. I received each tire individually over a span of 7 days. The last tire was the wrong tire. When I called to complain with picture proof I was told I would not receive any compensation. I had to go through a supervisor just to review a $50 compensation. They were sending someone out to grab wrong tire to be returned and sending new one. They grabbed the wrong tire that was hidden on the side of my house. Once again called to resolve issue and again was told this was not their fault. I reminded him that it was their fault as they pulled the wrong tire to begin with and none of this would have happened. Ive also emailed ******* B ***** the CEO and President of the company with no response twice contrary to ******** letter on their website saying to personally reach out to him with any concerns or suggestions.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It took almost a month for the last tire to be shipped to me just getting it on the 8th of june when i placed the order on may 20th. Furthermore it wasnt until i called half a dozen times AND personally trying to email your CEO and President twice who i guarentee did not read the email Ms. ******* And not to mention the fact that i had to file a complaint with the BBB for you to give me a responnse. Along said why have a direct email telling your supporters of ****** that you can personally email me with any concern if your not going to address the situation personally, ******* B ************* CEO and President of *****************;

    Now you can feel that this matter is resolved and for most it would be. However not for me. I also forgot the fact that i requested a new return shipping label as i was informed the other is null and void and was also asked by your support to ship it back myself instead of having you arange for a 2nd pick up. Again tell me why i have to ***** **** tire back from a fed ex hub when again your staff was the ones thats messed this whole order up? Ms. ****** i want to personally here from ******* B. ***** CEO and President of ****** about this matter, not his secretary or secrataries secratary.

    On October 7th,2024 I purchased 2 tires and the installation fee through a company called purchasing power that used tire ********* to purchase the tires and then every pay check a set amount is to come out to pay for those. That being said today 10/17/2024 I told my husband to go to the appointment they gave us at grease monkey on 10th st in ******* to have them installed. The tires had been delivered on 10/10/24 to that store. My husband went and they told him they don't do installs. When I called to inform tirebuyer.com as they were my contact for this order and they hung up on me 3 times they called and yelled at the strong trying to strong arm them into installing them however grease monkey does not have the equipment to do this service and requested many times to be taken off the list of installers but they refuse. I requested the order to be refunded and they did not refund me anything it took me an additional 2 phone calls to get a refund started. This company, tirebuyer.com, is a complete scam. Grease monkey confirmed as much stating they got rid of the service because of them charging an install fee to customers and not actually paying them for the installment stating that yes in fact tirebuyer.com is a scam.

You used the **************** application to place your order which we received on 10/08/2024. We shipped the installer your tires, and we booked your installation appointment. The installer informed you and us after the install appointment was booked that they  could not install your tires, because they did not have the proper equipment to do so, and they did not have a trained technician.  We can not force the installer to install the tires, and we would not want them to damage your vehicle in trying to do so without the proper training or equipment.

    In every **************** or Tirebuyer.com order, we start a return and refund when the installer is unable to install the tires. We also refer the matter to the ****************************** so they can address the issue, and they have the ability to remove the installer if necessary. We advised the ****************** Team, so they can handle that matter.

    We also started a return and refund on your behalf on 10/17/2024, and your refund credit transaction was applied to **************** on the very next day which was 10/18/2024 in the amount of $254.78, and that process usually takes 5-7 business days.

    Therefore, we have completed all matters pertaining to your return and refund.

    I bought the Falken Wilpeak A/T3W and had them installed on 24JUL2024 by Tire warehouse a approved installer per Tirebuyer.com Once they were installed i noticed some vibrations in the wheel and throughout the entire truck. I went back and had tire warehouse rebalance the tires again. The same problem was accuring. I then decided to install some Hub Rings to see if that would help the issue and it did not. Tire warehouse performed a Road Force test and the sum of all 4 tires was over 51. I contacted Tirebuyer.com to see about getting them replaced under the warranty per there website. I filled out all the forms they requested and have included those forms and the chain of emails sent back and forth with this company. Currently the tires are deemed bad and they want me to spend another $1300 dollars on 4 new tires, then ship them back the defective ones where they will inspect them and possibly send them to the manufacturer before issuing any type of refund if they find the tires defective. The roadforce test was done be a certified installer used by this company and now they want me to spend an additional $1300 to purchase 4 new tires with the promise of i'll possibly get a refund. Well if you look at all the recent reviews that does not seem to occur. Its a pretty straight forward solution. Send the 4 new tires to Tire warehouse and they will install them. Tire ware house will then ship you the 4 defective tires. This whole process with tirebuyer.com has been nothing but a pain. The email shows an inconsistent communication and policy.

    Our Warranty Manager **** ***** has been in contact with the customer to provide further assistance via email. After reviewing the paperwork submitted by the customer, we identified an issue with the warranty replacement eligibility. ******* warranty for uniformity or ride complaints is valid only within the first year of purchase and the first 2/32nds of tread wear. Both conditions must be met for the warranty to apply and for free replacements to be provided.
    The customer reported tread depths of 10 and 9/32nds, which exceed the 2/32nds limit, as the tires originally had 18/32nds. Based on this, Falken will not approve the warranty claim.
    We have communicated this to the customer and asked for confirmation that the tires were measured correctly. However, the customer is currently requesting free replacement tires and has declined a conversation with our manager to verify these details.
    As a goodwill gesture, we are willing to offer the customer a pro-rated credit based on the remaining tread depth, even though this is not covered by ******* manufacturer warranty. We believe this is a fair solution, as it aligns with how manufacturer warranties are typically handled. Unfortunately, the uniformity and ride complaint is strictly covered within the aforementioned parameters, and no pro-rated assistance is available through ****** for this issue. We are now awaiting the customers response to see if they are open to accepting the pro-rated credit if the tread measurements are confirmed to be accurate.

    I am rejecting this response because: the tires were purchased from them new and installed by a certified installer they have vouched for. If the tire measurements were not done correctly then they can contact the installer. The paperwork has been completed and done correctly. I have been back and forth with them and the tire installer multiple times over the past month. There only answer is for me to buy 4 new tires. Send the old ones back and they will "evaluate" the tires and they may or may not credit me a full refund based on what they find. Its a scam and the multiple reviews on BBB and other sites have shown the exact same issues with them. If the tires are not the correct tread depth then it was either measured wrong by there "certified installer" or they sent me tires with the wrong tread depth.

    I will not buy 4 more new tires and wait for the company to decide if they are going to warranty them or not. Send the 4 new tires to the certified installer and they will install them. The old tires will then be sent back to you from the installer. Thats the only resolution that is deemed acceptable.

    I purchased tires back in September 2023 from purchasing power. The tires have a ****** mile warranty. I needed a new tire due to it being damaged, I contacted Tire Buyer through purchasing power regarding the warranty. Tire buyer had to contact the manufacturer about the warranty. My claim got denied even though my tires were purchased within 12 months. This is what they said:"By seeing the damaged tire picture, it should be covered under the Road Hazard warranty from the manufacturer- "Continental", however, they have a policy that the tire must be purchased within 12 months or have a first 2/32nd wear (whichever comes first)."

    You are correct, and you purchase tires from us on 09/13/2023 with ****** mileage warranty.  Your issue with your tires is not a mileage issue,  because it is a road hazard issue. We do not make the rules on warranties, since those are made by the tire manufacturer. The warranties are processed by the tire manufacturer Continental Tires. We were gracious enough to offer you a discount on a new purchase of a 15% refund.  I see you placed a new order with order# TBS600331838CCDATD, so I applied the 15% promised of $44.67 today.     Thank you for sharing an inspection form including a picture of a damaged Continental tire. By seeing the damaged tire picture, it should be covered under the Road Hazard warranty from the manufacturer- "Continental", however, they have a policy that the tire must be purchased within 12 months or have a first 2/32nd wear (whichever comes first). The manufacturer offer a tread wear as 10/32nd wear and the damage tire have 6/32nd wear, this means that the Road Hazard warranty ****** be offered for the damaged tire. Unfortunately, you have to make a new purchase from your end. If you like, I can offer a One-time goodwill gesture for you. Make a new purchase for a tire through the Tirebuyer.com website without a discount code and share a new order number with me. I am able to offer a 15% refund on making a purchase with us.     I brought a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3W 27 60 20 for my Jee.they came with road hazard protection. Back in late December one of my tires were punctured and not repairable. I contacted tire buyer 01/2/2024 **************** helped me with the claims process and said I needed to wait for warranty to get back to me. Later that same day **** sent a tire inspection form to be filled out by the shop. 01/03/2024 I purchased a new tire to replace the damaged one. This tire was purchased from Tirebiyer and sent to the same installer they sent me to originally.(Integrity)They filled out the form with pics, they knew the process. I returned this form on 1/3/2024. I heard nothing back. I emailed again on 1/8/24 received no response. Sent a chat on the site no response either. 1/19/2025 I finally received a message after I sent a few emails asking for reimbursement. In the response they asked for me to ship the old damaged tire to them. Almost 20 days later they finally respond, I already had this tire replaced by there trusted installer. I was not given this direct to save this tire upon my initial contact. And their lack of communication put me in this situation. I followed everything that was asked of me to honor my end of road hazard protection. I responded back that the tire is gone from the shop as I called to confirm with Integrity. At this point they stopped communicating and closed my case. I am still awaiting refund for the tire I had to purchase.

    You are correct about the tire purchase, and we were assisting you with your warranty claim by the tire manufacturer.  We assist you in processing the claim, but it is finalized by the tire manufacturer. In order to do so, they must inspect the damaged tire to authorize any credit for reimbursement.

    You claim you did not keep the tire during the install of the new one, and you claim that you were not informed that you needed the tire to process the claim.  If you acknowledged the tire inspection form received on 01/02/2024, then  it shows  we advised you, so indeed you were made aware that you must return the damaged tire to process your warranty claim. Without the damaged tire, then you have no claim, and we close out the claim for none cooperation  of the customer. We record all calls, email and chats, and below is the copy of the email sent on 01/02/2024:

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Road hazard is not covered by Falken tires as stated in there warranty documents clearly. Road hazard is covered by the seller of said tire. In which that policy does not exist and was never shared. I followed all instructions reasonably, all answers on tire buyers end were in reasonable with response time. Where is the policy listed for return of road hazard  damaged tire? A full refund of the replacement tire is needed. And not a refund of my original purchase. ********* tried to refund to the wrong method of payment for the replacement tire. I have attached below Falkens warranty, which excludes road hazard.

    Tires on any vehicle registered and normally used outside the ****************, ***********, and *******
    Tires branded NA or having the *** number removed.
    Tires presented for warranty claim by someone other than the original purchaser, or tires that were transferred to another vehicle from the one upon which they were originally installed, regardless of by whom. This warranty is not transferable.
    Any tires whose failure is caused by any previous damages or repairs.
    Any cost of tire repair or retreading is not covered by this warranty and will be solely borne by the tire owner.

    The Falken Tires Road Hazard Protection Warranty is valid in the ** and ****** only on the following replacement tire product lines: AZENIS FK460 A/S, AZENIS FK510, ESPIA EPZ II, ESPIA EPZ II SUV, EUROWINTER HS01, RUBITREK A/T, SINCERA SN201 A/S, SINCERA SN250 A/S, WILDPEAK A/T3W, WILDPEAK A/T TRAIL, WILDPEAK H/T01, WILDPEAK H/T02, WILDPEAK R/T, WINTERPEAK F-ICE 1, ZIEX CT60 A/S, ZIEX S/TZ05, ZIEX ZE950 A/S, and ZIEX ZE960 A/S.
    Covered Criteria:
    Tire becomes damaged due to road hazard within two (2) years of original purchase date (proof of purchase providing) or within the first 3/32nds wear from original tread depth, whichever comes first.
    If proof of purchase is not provided but within the first 3/32nds wear from original tread depth, warranty is honored if less than two (2) years of age based on the *** year and week number.
    Tire damage is unrepairable per USTMA puncture repair guidelines.
    Tires purchased new and installed on original vehicle. This warranty is non-transferable.
    Tire needs to be returned to an authorized Falken dealer for inspection.

    Purchased a set of tires off of *******s website. Nexen Roadian GTX tires on March 9th. Said they shipped and then were recalled with no communication to me. After sitting in a holding status until March 19th I reached out and was told by ******* that this seller was in violation of their terms for doing this to multiple customers. That they were being submitted for review and removal from their platform. They reached out to Tirebuyer and recieved a response that there was inventory issues, even though the tires shipped. Refunded me and promised a 10% discount on another purchase. I asked specifically if it had to be theirs or another from ******* and their response was theirs or another brand was okay. I order another brand and requested my 10% back. They then said they couldn't because I didn't buy theirs. Not to mention the same tires were immediacy available for twice the price now. This is a deplorable behavior.

    I placed a order through tirebuyer on **** for 4 tires in the amount of ****** dollars and they shipped my order I got confirmation saying it was on the way the next day they returned my order back to the seller because they made a mistake in the price so I contacted them and they said they did not have the supply to fill my order but also told me it was a technicality issue basically they did not want to sell me the tires for what they had them listed for on **** now they are over 1500 dollars! I think they should ***** the price that is bad business if you ask me and every time I call its the same thing they will have somebody contact me and they havent

    I ordered 8 Nexen Rodian MTX tires from Tirebuyer on 03/08/2024 at a price of $78 dollars per tire. I received an email advising my order shipped on Monday 03/11/2024 and expected to be delivered on Wednesday 03/13/2024. I checked the *** tracking on Wed 03/13 and the tracking numbers showed that the tires were shipped but the sender recalled the package. I called Tirebuyer about this on 03/13 and they advised my order was unable to be fulfilled by Nexen tire and that the package tracking activity was a "ghost order" and never actually left. I called Nexen customer support and they advised they have plenty on hand and no issues with inventory on that tire. They checked and advised tirebuyer is not a direct dealer with them. I called Tirebuyer back and asked for the reason they can't fulfill the order again and they advised it was due to a "glitch in the system". No further explanation could be given when asked for additional info. They were told by management to provide that answer on these orders. I checked the website again and the same tire is now $382 per tire and is in stock. Tirebuyer is being dishonest about why the order was not able to be fulfilled and gave me the run around. The package shows they were shipped and then recalled by the sender. Tirebuyer should honor my order and send the tires.

    I ordered a set of tires (35x12.5r20) for $153 a tire $717 for all for with tax. They sent them out to be delivered after they were shipped they cancelled order and had them returned. I contacted them first they said the price was not right so they canceled them and have them returned. They reimbursed me the money for them. I want the tires because they priced them at $153 and they are normally $400. I feel that they should have to honor the price because I didnt ask for that price they advertised them for that price. I paid for them they shipped them for that price and then take them back. If I would paid them with bad money I would have to honor my mistake so they should have to fix their mistake. Please ???? help a little guy. I have the sale receipt for the sale

    I am rejecting this response because: I feel that the original price is what I should have to pay. If I made a mistake in my payment I would not be able to just offer a part of the payment. I feel that the business should have to do the same. I offer to pay 10% more than the original price I purchased the tires for. I paid $153 a tire I offer to pay $168 a tire.
