    Ordered ONE SINGLE TIRE at the beginning of the month, still have yet to see my refund after attempting to cancel this order 3-4 different times!

    On 9/4/22 i order 4 tires from Tire Buyer order number *********, after numerous calls emails and communication on ******* with Tire Buyer, Finally, on 9/13 3 of the 4 tires were delivered to the installer, however the 4th tire has yet to be delivered, it was promised by the end of the day yesterday and then today. As of 5pm today no delivery.Tire Buyer's customer service has a lot to be desired as they really cannot provide details and dive into resolving problems, there is no path to escalate any issues.i would just like to get a straight honest answer on the delivery, here i am 10 days after i placed the order and it was suppossed to be delivery on Tuesday September 6th.

    Hi,

    The distribution center that this order was assigned to ship from did not have any more of this tire in stock.   We have found another location with stock, and the tire has shipped.   I have  called and  left a voice mail, and I emailed the customer as well with tracking and estimated delivery date of 09/19/2022.  Also, we have refunded him $100.00 to his Pay Pal account  for the delay.

    I am rejecting this response because: The tire shipment that Tire Buyer claims to have found and shipped, simply did not happen. They provdied a FEDX tracking number on 9/16 however the shipment never moved,didn't happen, the status remains as 'label printed".

    For background the original order was placed on 9/4/22.
