    I ordered tires from here on June 14,2022 and by May 2023 the tires were completely bald. I am a very light driver and drive only about 5k miles a year, there is no reason the tires should have went bald so fast. I paid $257 for two tires and expected them to last at least a couple of years. The warranty process is useless, how is one supposed to to mail back 2 tires and wait for 2 more to come. It would be better if they allowed you to replace the tires at the same shop they shipped the tires to. I just went and ordered new tires from somewhere else. A complete waste of time and money dealing with this company.

    Great experience, only thing I would change is if there is a grammatical error with the address or name that it be allowed to be edited instead of having to cancel the order, when that happened I lost my ability to use Affirm for financing. Thank you

    I bought 5 tire for my truck on Saturday 12-2-2023. I paid over $1,800 even with the veterans discount. Website said they were in stock and would be here Monday 12-2-2023. They did not show up then. 3 of them showed up on 12-5-23. The 4th still shows as label created today on 12-6-23 and that it hasnt left the shipping facility and no telling when it will be here. The tire is not coming from about 40 miles from me and they wouldnt allow me to just go pick up my tire after I called the distributor that said I could if Tirebuyer would give me the correct order number. Tirebuyer would not give it to me. I also requested that they go pick hit up and bring it to me TODAY!! They refused and a second person tried to tell me that theres a scanning issue with the label for the fourth tire and that it really is on its way. We just cant tell. *** did not deliver a fourth tire today like tire buyer said it was and we just couldnt see it. I requested it they give me a partial refund on the whole order since Im having to sit here and miss work for three days now tomorrow will be a fourth because they cannot give me a tire in a timely manner or even care that I didnt get my tire. Two different customer service reps pretty much told me oh well what do you want to do about it ****** me off highly considering they boast about award-winning customer service. They want to refund me one tire and we have to go buy another tire on my own and still wait 3 to 5 days for my refund so I can go buy a new tire . This is the absolute most delusional thing Ive ever heard in my life because I need my tires right now. I cannot wait another day. This is the biggest bunch of bull that I have ever encountered. How in the heck do you send three of the four tires that are coming from the same facility and then you want to just tell me oh well. You could sure take my money in one day, Not give me my tires by the prom date or even three days later and refused to give me a refund immediately!
