    This is probably the 4th time I have purchased tires with Tirebuyer. When you know what you want, the experience is very easy. I knew when the delivery would arrive and it was less than a day! Some trouble processing the rebate form, however, I believe the issue was resolved. We'll see how that goes. Very pleased with my Tirebuyer experience!

    I paid for a set of tires on their **** website. One of those tires had a flat 2 months after I purchased and so I called to make a warranty claim as their **** listing stated ****** full coverage warranty. When I called the customer service department, they could not "find" my order after I explained I needed a replacement tire. Maybe I should've asked for them to find the order BEFORE I said anything about warranty. They refused to help and told me to call ****. **** couldn't do anything because it was past the 45 day return window. Also, their website states warranty coverage with road hazard. SO, if you want to get screwed out of fraudulent and false warranty advertising, then go ahead and buy. OTHERWISE STEER CLEAR. It was NOT worth saving a few dollars with this scam company. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT- THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY AND PASS THE **** TO HANG UP ON YOU. I PROMISE YOUR MONEY IS NOT WORTHWHILE AT TIREBUYER.COM.

    Cheapest place to buy tires, but dont be in a hurry to get your tires installed once ordered. First order I placed was canceled so the next day I decided to order my second choice tire from TireBuyer, which I now regret.Ordered set of 4 tires and requested the install 4 days later based on when TireBuyer expected my order to arrive at the installer. Received an email the day before the install and was told only 1 of my tires had arrived, the 2nd was still in transit, and the 3rd and 4th tires had not even been located in a warehouse or shipped yet. Once the 3rd and 4th tires had been shipped and delivery date set, I received an email requesting my preferred install date, which I requested to be scheduled 7 day later (11 days total after placing the order). Its the day before (Monday) my requested install day and I still have no confirmation. I emailed and instant messaged customer service today with the feedback I would receive email confirmation of the install which I am still waiting for.At this point I am just hoping the install goes smooth, which based on other reviews I am expecting issues, and I can move on from this hassle. The money saved is not worth the waiting and frustration for me so never using TireBuyer again. Consider if it is for you.

    They are a scam, made Order on the 13th for $300+...2 days later cancelled because they were "out of stock". Made another order on 17th different set of tires $300+. 4 days go by with ZERO updates so I decide to message chat support who then tells me this order was cancelled due to "out of stock". This is not a coincidence. They are taking $ knowing they cannot fulfill. Any positive reviews are very clearly paid for/fake. Do not waste your time, energy or money on this place.

    Dishonest business practices. Bought Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires from the website and selected an appointment date for installation right before I was planning a road trip. After a week, I still didn't receive an appointment time for installation so when I called to ask, the agent said the tires were no longer available and I should be receiving a refund. Huge inconvenience since I would now have to cancel my road trip so I checked the website again and the tires were listed as available so I called customer support to see if they could fulfill the order and the agent said the tires were discontinued! .. Huh?!?! ***** just came out with these tires! For fun, i inquired with another agent on chat to see if the tires were available and to no surprise he said they were in stock. Clearly they couldnt honor the quoted price they gave me on their website and lied about why they had to cancel the order. Avoid dealing with these people. Hopefully my refund will be processed.

    I placed an order for 4 tires to be delivered and installed at a local tire store. According to the invoice I received, the tires were scheduled to arrive at the installer 4 days later. Those tires never showed up. I contacted Tirebuyer every day starting the day after the expected delivery, by website chat, ******** messenger and phone, multiple times a day. Every single time they said they would check into it and give me an update by the end of the day, within ***** hrs, soon, etc. Not one single time did anyone ever contact me with any update. 5 days went by, with no tires and no updates. I finally insisted that they cancel the original order and place a new one which they agreed to do. It took another 6 days to finally get the tires, 15 days after I first placed my order.
