    This company is a fraud. No customer service department when you call and after 8 emails, and 3 calls, no repsonse. They charged me one amount on 2 orders ans reminded me less after stating the items are discontinued. Both items are still listed on their website.
    I completed a 1 star review (0 is not allowed) on their website and their site is still showing 0 reviews of 1 star. So if you complete a review for 1 star, they don't acknowledge. To be fair in case their was an issue, I completed the same identical one a week later and still not on their site. So they makenit seem there are no bad reviews.

    I was slightly terrified that I wasn't going to get the costume that I ordered my son after reading reviews.
    But, not only did they confirm my order (I accidentally ordered an adult pant with a kids shirt), but they sent tracking info and I received my order about two-three weeks later.
    Very pleasantly surprised.
    The pants for both outfits I purchased though were very long.

    Wish I'd read all these prior to ordering. Item came late and after the event I ordered it for. They will not refund. I'm stuck with a stupid expensive tshirt that I will never wear for anything else. Errrr.

    Terrible quality and even worse customer service! When I requested to return the garment, they told me to damage it. I initially told them I would not intentionally damage the garment, but after a month of trying I finally complied. I then sent them the photos and followed their instructions, but never heard from them again. Save your time and money!

    The product I bought does not look like the photos on the website - there are no ears and the eyes are on the back of the hood instead of the front. It also has a synthetic smell and feel to the fabric. The XL also fits too tight. Please allow a return. We do not like the quality of the product.

    Ordered a Halloween costume for my son 17 days ago haven't received tracking number or any type of response even after 3 emails $102 for a printed sweat shirt and sweat pants was way over priced but was willing to pay to see him happy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF WEB SIYE

    We ordered a shirt and they sent us a completely different color. They refused to correct it and said they sent us exactly what we ordered. They will not answer their phones.

    Complete scam. They will never send your items and refuse to send a refund to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

    Placed an order for a printed T-shirt. It took a LONG time (I was sent a tracking number, but no activity occurred for weeks and the return address was listed as "****", so they're likely operating through overseas labor). The back of the shirt was not printed as shown on the website. I left a tame review indicating this, and they reached out to ask for pictures so they could "resolve the issue as best we can".After I sent the pictures, they responded saying "we have manufactured your order according to the original information we received". I replied with a screenshot of their own site showing that the back of the shirt was incorrect, and they said that because there was a hoodie being sold with that design, that I should have seen that a hoodie (I was never interested in purchasing a hoodie, so obviously I never clicked on a hoodie) had that design and showed the back.Scam website, questionable overseas labor practices, and oddly aggressive "customer service". Avoid at all costs.

    Placed a large order on January 14. Received message they had my order. Have not heard anything since. Generic message sent back to me multiple times when I have emailed them and have tried to call number only receiving voicemail.
