    This company is a Big Rep off!!! There is no customer service department you can call. I never received my order I've been asking for my money back and I received Nothing. No call, no email about what happened to my package and where is my refund.

    Placed an order on 12/18/22. An email was received saying thanks for the order and offering a coupon but had no tracking or order number information. Since then, nothing has been received. I have called several times, but get a voicemail, that leaves much to be desired. Not sure where the positive reviews on their website have come from, because this feels very much like a scam. I have not been able to find any information on the LLC parent company. I've reached out on the 'contact us' page. So far nothing in response

    Placed an order on 12 -10 with expedite shipping what a mistake. Multiple emails and phone calls no response. This place is definitely a SCAM.
    They took the money out of my account same day of purchase and on there website it says no orders found

    No way of communicating with company. Don't answer their phone, nor answer emails. Give the same foolish answewr to anyone requesting knowledge about orders. Charge my card immediatly but no response since. Hopefully my Credit card company will be able to protect me.

    I placed an order on 10/11/2022 for a halloween costume. On 10/27 (16 days later), my order has not arrived and NO TRACKING info. I contacted the company , and I was told there was an issue /shipping delay with the order and it would arrive in 7 to 12 business days (practically over 1 week after its needed for halloween).
    For 16 days, no one even bother to send an email (except for their marketing emails) that an order needed by 10/31 has not even left shipment. Over 2 weeks of silence.
    I asked for a cancellation and refund and they have the ordacity to say that I can only cancel an order within 24-36 hours of placing the order.
    Wow! So for 16 days they said nothing about their processing issues, but suddenly they remember that they have a 24-36 hours policy for cancellation and refund?
    How does companies like this still remains in business?
