      I just received my small order via **** that I placed a little over one week ago. All I wanted to do was to leave these guys a review as in all my years of doing business with Replacements, **** I have never been able to leave any reviews. I had to ****** how to leave them a review. I do not feel justified in leaving it in the BBB website versus just leaving it on their website. Anyway, I have been a small customer with ****************, *** for about 15+ years now and I must say, I am shocked at all these negative reviews I see on the BBB site! In all my years of dealing with this wonderful and welcoming company, I have never experienced one single iota of anything negative or questionable! Every single item I sought, I purchased from them and in some cases, they had to "search" for an item just for me to purchase! I am forever so grateful to them for being in existence near my neck of the *****! I accidentally broke a beautiful coffee cup the other day due to my carelessness and I immediately went to their website to seek out a replacement. I went ahead and bought the replacement and an additional one for my next blunder! Gosh, all I wanted to do was to talk about how WELL my 2 coffee cups were so meticulously packed! Even if I walked into the warehouse/store, I have never seen such careful packing to allow great care of whatever I have purchased until I get home. The employees have always bent over backwards in helping me. My dishes would all be so mixed matched if it was not for them! Thank you Replacements, ***!

      They sold me clearly counterfeit fortessa flatware. It was supposed to be 18/10 stainless steel however the dinner knives rusted upon first wash. Upon further inspection, the pieces were inconsistently forged. Some items that were supposed to be serving utensils from the set, did not match photos from reputable sites like ******* Sonoma or ****** and were stamped made in *****.

We appreciate your business and understand your concerns about the differences between your new pieces and the ones you previously owned.We purchase the (**********************) pattern directly from the manufacture as it is still an active pattern being produced in different countries around the world. It is an 18/10 stainless pattern, meaning that it contains 18% chromium and 10% nickel. Nickel, a versatile metal, is primarily used in alloys, most notably stainless steel, for its corrosion resistance and strength. In the early 2000s, the nickel market experienced significant fluctuations. Prices rose substantially during this time and then sharply declined. During this period, stainless steel flatware manufacturers adapted their formulas to maintain cost-effectiveness. One way they did this was through the increased use of nickel-free or low-nickel stainless steel alloys. These include higher amounts of chromium and other elements like manganese to maintain corrosion resistance and durability. Additionally, some manufacturers turned to nickel pig iron (NPI), a more affordable alternative to pure nickel.The pieces you ordered were made after this fluctuation in the nickel market, and as a result likely contain less nickel than your original pieces. The nickel in the alloy helps prevent the flatware from turning dark. To maintain the appearance of your new flatware, we recommend polishing them with Neverdull, as advised by our silversmith. Our records show that you did reach out to our customer service and requested a pre-paid label, which has been provided. In addition, we have contacted ******** and shared the issue and or complaint with ******* the meantime, we do maintain our 30-day money back guarantee and will be happy to exchange or refund according to your preference.       As a licensed engineer, I understand what 18/10 stainless steel is supposed to be. Your explanation is a convoluted way of explaining that you sold me merchandise that was advertised as 18/10 stainless steel but was of quality below that of flatware that should be sold for use as eating utensils for health and safety reasons. Your solution is to polish it. This is concerning and your company should be investigated for fraud.

      I ordered and paid a premium for an out-of-production piece of ***** *******, 1/4 butter lid in sapphire solid. However, they sent me the wrong item, the bottom of the butter dish, and could not find the correct item in their inventory. Instead of offering the piece to the customer who had been "first" and ordered the item, I was told I had to get back in line for "first-come-first-serve" notification if one became available. Then hope I'm fast enough to snag it once I get the notification. I did receive the notification that one was available, immediately went to the website, and managed to process the order. Several days later, I get a notification that the item isn't available anymore (meaning someone else ordered it and the website isn't smart enough to know it's been taken) and my order was canceled. I had to request again to be notified. Be careful using them. I have had much better customer service from other online resellers doing this. I may have to use them again but will try other places first. Poor customer service and poor inventory management.

      I ordered and paid for a Montana Lifestyles salad plate on Dec 18, 2024. I talked to them via email a couple of times and thought that all was well. The item I ordered and payed for through ****** has not been shipped to the address I provided. I emailed them on Jan. 23, 2025 about the order and have not heard back from them. I checked my account on their website and my purchase does not show up. I truly feel that this company has been slow to ship what I ordered and not given me any information on tracking it. I know it hasn't arrived at its destination as I have contacted the person. I feel like this company has taken failed in all areas of delivering what I ordered and in communication of an email I sent to them. *** *******

      Our standard shipping time is 7-10 business days. According to our records, all of your orders have fallen within that time range except for the most recent one, which was placed on 12/31/24. It appears that your payment method was originally declined and we did not receive a valid payment method until 1/2/25. Unfortunately, this caused a delay in processing which we sincerely regret. We strive to fulfill orders to our customers as quickly as possible. However, factors outside of our control can sometimes affect our shipping time frame.

      ********. I had five China items that had never been used, so mint condition which is what Replacements want. One item had been priced at $80. Replacements, Ltd. reported that it had been damaged in shipping. The company supported that by including four photographs. Three were not related to my shipment. The fourth was my china piece but damage was not evident.When I called to politely report the problem with the images and get more information, I was disconnected four times. On the fifth time, I was put on hold, where I wait now. To send four photos as "proof" of damage when three of the four are not my shipment and the fourth doesn't show the damage is...a pretty big problem.

      No option for Zero *********** Rip-off. Do not deal with them. Sent items well packed in bubble wrap so they would not break. The rejected them. Said they were broken. Now they will sell MY FREE STOLEN items for 100% profit!**** ****

Among other things, our terms state that merchandise you ship or deliver to us is at your own risk, and there is no guarantee of purchase by Replacements, Ltd., that if your merchandise arrives at Replacements, Ltd. after being damaged in transit, we will notify you and hold the merchandise for 60 days, during which time you may file a claim with the carrier and/or you may send a carrier to pick up the merchandise and return it to you at your expense, that offered prices are for mint condition pieces (items with no damages), that we do not file claims with carriers, and that ANY CLAIM FILED WITH A THIRD PARTY CARRIER IS A CLAIM BETWEEN YOU AND THE CARRIER.       I was afraid to use the Replacements, Ltd. ****************** based on the other reviews at the BBB. However, I used those complaints to 1. Specifically confirm my items using the website's I Don't Know My Pattern to ensure the company provided me with the exact pattern and piece codes, 2. Securely wrapped each piece separately with extra cushioning on each side of the shipping box, 3. Bought the **** delivery insurance in case items broke plus took photos of the inside packaging as evidence of i needed to file a claim, and 4. Reviewed my emails daily including the Junk/Spam folder until I received confirmation of receipt, inspection, and payment. With these safeguards, my sale went smoothly. Replacements, Ltd. paid the exact price as indicated in their offer listing because my items arrived in pristine condition. They notified me at each step of their process. I quickly confirmed their final offer after inspection and provided my ***** details. Payment was received within 24 hours even though they said it could take up to 5 business days. I plan to continue using their ******************. 5+ Stars!

      I placed my order 5 days ago , and it still hasn't shipped. The day after my credit card had three unauthorized purchases, Could happen on any online order, but it hasn't just this one. I'll review again when I receive the order.

      I had a large order 3 months ago and just unpacked it. I was short some plates but figured it was to late to complain so I logged on and ordered new ones. I entered my payment but also a note.They had the integrity to not charge me and sent the plates without charge.That tells me a lot about them
