      If zero stars were an option that's what Lowes Santa Fe appliance section gets.We purchased a refrigerator on June 28, promised call July 3rd to confirm July 4th delivery. No call received, nor did they answer their phone. When I went back, I was told two of the models were in stock, we should be getting the confirmation call shortly. The representative went to the back and 30 minutes later, told us that the soonest they can deliver is Wednesday July 8, then changed it to July 11. When I callled again, the automated system said the delivery on the refrigerator WE ALREADY PAID FOR HAD BEEN CANCELLED! Next stop, BBB. DON'T BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES ********!

      Im not usually one to complain, but my experience has made me decide to choose ********** over Lowes now for every need. I ordered an item online and the delivery date was 5 days after the purchase. Not a big deal. But, I ordered the item online June 15th, and as of today July, 2 the item still has not been received. I called the store last week and spoke with a woman named ******** who went above and beyond to try to help me. She even reached out to ***** directly to try to find out why it was showing that it was stuck in one city for such a long time. She said that it was a label issue and that she provided them the correct store information to try and rectify the problem. Now, that was outstanding customer service. Today, however, I called again and the associates I spoke with initially did not provide their name, even when asked. These associates made it feel as though I was bothering them or interrupting them from something they would rather be doing. They showed nowhere near the same enthusiasm for helping fix the problem or investigate it. They told me to either cancel the order or call *****. I escalated to the manager ****** who was no more help. She said the same thing basically and when I expressed issue with the customer service I received she NEVER addressed it or apologized for the experience or even gave acknowledgment to the issue. I asked if I could just get another item equal to what I purchased that was in stock in lieu of the item that was delayed, but that wasnt an option even though they had an almost identical brand and model (just one item number difference) in stock and in store. I did cancel my order and I considered going to buy the model thats in store, but after that experience, Id rather go to a store that values the customer experience. Its a shame that customer service seems to just be at the bottom of the priority list for some companies.

      Ordered a fridge on June 27th, only going with Lowes because it can be delivered by June 30th. I am without a fridge so really needed it by then. Well they delayed it until Wednesday July 2, which was not cool, but nobody else could get it sooner. Well turns out they delayed it again until Friday. A week since I ordered it. If I knew last Friday it would show up until this Friday I wouldve purchased elsewhere for free delivery and cheaper. Paying over $2k for a fridge and for Lowes to not deliver in a timely manner is unacceptable. Ive spoken to them twice and they put in an urgent request with someone who is supposed to contact me same day to get it figured out, and shocker. Nobody reached out.

      Dear Lowes Customer Care,I am writing to express my disappointment with the terrible customer service my family and I experienced at your Norwalk location (Store #****) on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at approximately 9:20 PM from associate *****.During checkout, we noticed that multiple items were ringing up incorrectly. When we explained this to the associate, ***** (who was working at the register, wearing glasses and with black hair), she immediately treated us rudely and acted as if we were trying to scam her. She refused to leave her area to verify the prices and instead made us walk all the way across the store to take pictures for her not once, but multiple times. Nor did She ever try to call an associate for price check verification. She was rude when asking to hold the phone to verify.When I expressed my frustration with this process, ***** accused me of having an attitude and refused to help adjust the prices. She stepped away, saying we would need to find a manager to adjust the prices to what they were advertised as. When I told her this was the worst customer service I had ever received at ********************** and that I would not return to the ******* location, she simply shrugged and said she didnt care and that I was miserable. She made the checkout process incredibly difficult for items that were incorrectly marked, and her attitude showed a complete lack of care for customers.We spent $506 that evening and have been frequent shoppers at this location for years, but because of this experience, we no longer want to shop at Lowes Norwalk.I hope you take this complaint seriously and address Marias behavior so no other customer has to experience such treatment.Thank you for your time and attention.

      If I could leave 0 stars I would as well! Wow! I bought a garage door opener to be installed at my home. Installation was $139.00. Long story short after their installers (from ****) did a no show and no call 2 times, I spoke with the manager of Lowes over Install ('******') who confirmed that **** will tell the customer a day and time to be ready, but if **** doesn't actually have someone to do the job and you just waited all day, it's just the way it is. I would respect Lowe's more if they just said we no longer sell installation because we cannot find a decent company that has installers. Now I will no longer buy anything from Lowes period. Nothing. I will not buy a roll of tape from this company. I hope it's worth it to them once other people find out how crappy Lowe's treats their customers.

      If I could rate Lowe's with less than 1 star I would. Worst customer service ever! I ordered a washer and dryer set on the 17th and was given a delivery date for 24th. On the 24th they notified me that my delivery had been rescheduled for another week later. The 30th came and no delivery. After 4 hours online and on the phone I finally am connected to the store that was supposed to be delivering it and they tell me that they don't deliver to my area.!WTF! I ordered online and don't care what store it gets delivered from and it took you 13 days to tell me! Never doing business with these arses again !

      Signed contract on March 3, 2025, with Lowes to remodel my kitchen. Included were a total of 15 Kraft Maid all wood cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new appliances. Delivery on April 18, unboxed by installer on April 19 who found 1 open shelf, 2 upper cabinets, and 1 Lazy ***** door needed to be replaced, and installer notified Lowes. That is a 27% error rate. Confirmed with Lowes all were ordered only to find out three weeks later I needed to bring in the open shelf for a rebate and new shelf ordered. 2 upper cabinets Lowes reordered where wrong as they were the same as the original order that was wrong. The doors were to open left to right and both times they opened right to left. Lazy ***** has hinged double doors. Received 5 more doors before I got the right one. Lowes kitchen designer, designers supervisor, and assistant manager all told me they would look into it and get back to me. None ever did. It appears they can lie with impunity.

      Bought a GE refrigerator from Lowes. The drivers delivered on a Saturday. They showed me a small ding on the left door. They said it would take a week to deliver a new one. So I accepted the $150 discount.Then the driver told me the left door hinge was missing, and that I couldnt use the fridge until they returned. I waited two days, but they never returned. I called Lowes and had the hinge delivered. When I took off the door handle protective wrapping sleeve, it showed that the handle was banged up. In addition the water line was not attached properly. So the fridge leaks when I push the button for water or ice.Lowes customer care is the worst. Agents said ********************** is not responsible for damages because it was after 48 hours, and the $150 discount was for all damages. Even the ones I was unaware ***** make matters worst, I checked the Lowes ******** page and found dozens of similar complaints. Once I shared my experience, I started getting friend requests and direct messages from people with Lowes ************* profiles. They are clearly bots and fake accounts. They are asking for my personal information and credit card number. Again, there are similar complaints on the Lowes ******** ******* neighbor claims that the drivers dropped the fridge door while carrying it up my steps. I spent $1,100 for a new refrigerator that has dents, and leaks water. This has been an absolute nightmare.

      I'm a 75 year old customer, today I was in the ********************** on ************* in **********, ******* and assisted by a most extra ordinary young man. I was in the paint ***** having trouble deciding on a very small amount of Paint that I needed. ****** ***** Milcan came by and asked if I needed assistance which I did. He very quickly solved my problem. I went from there to the flooring ***** looking for an area rug. ****** ***** Milcan again walked by and again asked if I needed assistance which I did. I responded thank you but I know this isn't your ***** His response was "that's true but I can still help you if you need me". I had a difficult time finding the correct size and pattern, he very patiently stayed with me and helped me until I made my decision. I work in a professional setting and would very much liked to have hired this young man. He was an ace at customer service and went above and beyond with a slow old man. He made my shopping experience both a joy and pleasure. In these times a young man like this is invaluable. Thank you ***** ****

      I placed an online order for 1389$ In the course of a day I had 29 different dollar amounts run against my checking account none matched the amount originally purchased when I called to ask online customer service why I was told this is the way it is done since they source the product from different store. At one point my checking account was over drawn by 3254$ I purchase online all the time and never once did I see anything like this. To make matters worse the entire reason I did this purchase is because my husband is going through chemo for end stage lung and bone cancer. He is too weak to lift 15 sheets of ********** lumber and sheet rock. We were going to have the order delivered to make it easier on him. We finally resolved to cancel the entire order since we were told these holds would continue to go off and on our account until the product was delivered on July 12th which is 15 days from now. The result is we have no building materials, or electrical components to keep the job going, we will need to go to the store to repurchase everything and we had to cancel his debit card to stop the on slot of charges against our account, so now he has no debit card until the new one comes in the mail . Everyone apologized which was nice but it does not buy me back the time I spent ordering the product, my time on the phone with my bank, then finally needing to cancel the order. we like Lowe's, just bought a refrigerator there 2 weeks ago which we got for a great price and love. This was a true shame and there is absolutely no excuse that is good enough for charging someone 29 times for an order. I recommend never using ************************** to place an order or at least not using your debit card.
