      So I was at the ******** ** store today and this situation ensued.I was trying to buy a lawnmower online.Well, I couldnt pay with 2 cards on the website so I went to the store to buy it there They sent me back to lawn and garden to an associate who wrote my order on a wrinkled piece of paper and told me hed turn it in to his manager in 3 days So I went back to customer service and asked if someone could please help me so I got it wrung up and they proceeded to put the wrong total on each card Well at this point Ive been at the store for close to 2hrs and I was getting annoyed so I told her to cancel it The **** charge still posted to my credit card and there is literally no record of the transaction Well I went back and showed them and they immediately informed me that it would take ********************************************************************************************************************************** and threatened to call the police if I didnt leave The managers name was ******

      Signed contract on 9/1/2021 and paid $17,000+ to have steps and deck replaced on my manufactured home in a senior park. They finally came out in February 2022 and worked for 4 days then left because they did not have railings they needed. Also contractor did not pull permit that was required and for which I was charged $1,200. Then after numerous phone calls on my part they came out three months later in May and worked two half days, then said the stairs needed to be widened and left all their garbage, etc in my front yard. Contractor came out following Monday and said stairs did not need to be widened,but he would need to order more supplies. That was last I heard from contractor. Still no permit pulled. Have called Lowe's Installation Coordinators NUMEROUS times. I have no railings on my deck. I almost fell when it rained (I am 82) and it is dangerous. It is now July and no one has called me back as they keep saying they will. It's a nightmare!

      I would like to add that they paid the contractor his money in February when the job was only half finished. They never called me or sent someone out to check if the job was done. Of course he doesn't care about my job since he got his money. Lowes won't say if he also collected the $1200 for the permit I paid for and he never pulled.

      1 star too many I purchased a promotional faucet from Lowe's *********** ** with a Lowe's card The item started to leak every where after a short period of time I have spent countless hours trying to resolve, I have spent countless trips to the store I recieved incomplete, incorrect information and only got the I need more information run around Poor quality care Poor customer service Poor product knowledge
