      I purchased fridge that has came back faulty with multiple issues arising on a daily basis. We have contacted Lowes and they have consistently states that they will get back to us in 2-3 business days but never receive any response. Terrible customer service.

      We had the chimney wrapped in vinyl siding 2 years ago by Lowes from ********, **. One of the top pieces fell off. I called Lowes and was told that because it had been over 1 year, they do not do the reinstall of the piece that fell off. They did not offer to reinstall for a fee either. I spoke with the Store Manager in charge and a manager from the install division of Lowes (a separate entity). I explained that the top pieces were not attached correctly as there was nothing to retain the item to stay in place. That did not matter. It was ************* up into the chimney cap without any type of retainer. I tried to contact corporate, but according to their website that simply isn't possible. Even ************* was ineffective to offer any resolve. Since I have to drive past ********** and Menards to get to Lowes, I think I'm done with Lowes. Buyer beware.

      I ordered a dishwasher Feb 10 to be delivered and installed. When delivered to my home which is a mobile home I was informed that they do not do installs in mobile homes. So they left the dishwasher at my home and I had to hire a plumber to install it. I got it installed and now lowes refuses to refund the install money to my card. I am still fighting with them fives months later to get 133. 79 . You would think a big company would have better customer service than this.

      The location will not answer any calls or will hang up on the caller.I spent over 30 minutes waiting someone/anyone to pick up.The company has failed in the realm of timely and courteous customer service.I could give them negative stars, I would.

      Made a large purchase a year ago. I even chatted with someone online who recommended vanities for restrooms which was a horrible experience. When we got vanities and paid someone to install we noticed a FEW WEEKS that counter tops were getting damaged we tried calling store time after time for over a year and was told pretty much too bad. We have tried calling customer support several times and just been given the run around. Management and customer service in store were very rude and did not care to help

      The customer service is horrible! I'm a pro customer and it's a store I don't look forward to going to due to the poor customer service in all departments. For example, today Tuesday July 12, 2022, I ordered paint and several gallons of deck stain at the paint section. The lady at the paint department simply had a bad attitude on her job. Her mannerism was nonchalant and hostile. It was clear she did not want to be on her job. I disregarded the attitude and proceeded to place the order for the paint and stain. I ask her one simple question, her reply was, that's for you to know, not for me to tell you. I picked up the paint and she intentionally left wet paint all over one the buckets of paint. It ended up staining my white pants. I didn't bother to complain to the store manager because they usually do nothing.

      I have been trying for over a week to get my Fridge fixed. I keep getting hung up on and told it's not covered. I was told to send my receipt and later got an email about saying that both items were seen. I've spoken to both customer service and assurant and still getting the run around. I will never by anything from lowes again. Their are taking people's money and not honoring their contacts. I will be looking to ***.

      The option for zero stars should also be allowed!! Purchased a Maytag dishwasher on April 19th, contractors installed it on May 4th. The dishwasher was damaged, but we didn't see it at the time, After four loads the dishwasher threw a E sign on the display. We contacted the store and on May 24th the same installers (we where later told that the Company Xtreme had caused similar issues with other customers) came to bring the dishwasher back to Lowe's, We noticed it was caved in and the split caused water to leak and seep in the kitchen island. It's mid July and Lowe's keep stalling in giving us a compensantion. They sent and adjuster who took pictures of the damage caused by the water, but as of today Lowe's insurance keeps telling me that the inpector still hasn't inspected the dishwasher. They don't even answer anymore to our emails. I am without dishwasher since May 21th, my kitchen island smells mold and Lowe's doesn't care becase they think they can snub their customers. I won't be buying a thumbtack from them. Avoid this store.

      Lowes ******** ** Store # **** I bought a dryer on Saturday and was told it would be delivered on Monday. It was never delivered. I called and was informed my house was the next stop. It never came. I called first thing Tuesday morning and was told in their notes it said " spoke with customer and he requested to reschedule". That's a bold face lie and I told them to search the call because it was probably recorded. I never rescheduled. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes only to be hung up on. I finally got in touch with someone and now it is to be delivered on Thursday. I understand things come up, schedules may get moved around, however to lie and say I reschedule is horrible.
