      Bought a **** Deere with the 4 year protection plan. Initially called April, 2021 and 14 months later my mower is still not fixed! They keep telling me to wait another 2 business days. Service provider doesn't have any communication with them and refuses to work on my mower without authorization or payment from the warranty department.

      I tried to return a toilet that wouldn't fit.There was no was to know this as all of the clearance information isn't printed on any of the toilets at lowes.I found out that the toilet wouldn't fit after i put the wax doughnut on, and tried to seat the toilet. My valve in the back was being hit by the toilet.I purchased a new one and tried to return the old.I was told since I had " installed it" i could not return it." installed" because I left a little clean wax on the bottom...my bad.Ultimately I returned the toilet.Being polite and reasonable, trying to explain had no effect on the robot empolyees.I had to raise my voice.I went to ********** right after. I managed an audience with the manager.He took a deep breath and laughed so hard he cried.He said they returned toilets all the time.He gave me a business card, said to call at any time, and welcomed me to *********** and promised I wouldn't have any issues like that.I've easily spent ****** in the past 20 years at lowes.garages, patios, fences, roofs, remodeling two homes....Lowes ****** it away, for the " plumbing expert" not knowing their own policies.Lowes policy does not exclude toilets that won't fit.I left lowes unrespected, and unappreciated.

      Good evening, I purchased product from the location at (***** County **.)for the electrical for the house we have been building ourselves and today (07-14-2022) I went to return some over flow items from my electric. It has been some time since I purchased these items. Upon customer service ringing up my return items, I'm told that since it's been over 90 days with no receipt they could not do a store credit. Also they informed me that if they get to many returns from a customer they will lock you out for any return. I wonder with here ringing up the items, did it put a "****" on me for future transactions? The system picked up the items and then they scanned my Driver's license.

      Worst customer service in the industry. Not sure what's worst management or the lousy employees that work there. The ********/******************* ** location has a reputation for ignorant and rude associates. I would rather shop Ace hardware or ********** before Lowes. I will avoid that location at all costs.

      LOWES PROTECTION PLAN IS A SCAM!!! I was charged around $100 for a 5 year replacement plan/warranty. When my less than 2 year old washer died I contacted them immediately. Here I sit a month later, STILL NO WASHER! I have spent countless hours and $ @ the laundromat and they tell me the earliest appointment is still over 2 weeks away. When I contacted them and expressed my concerns they offered nothing except simply "deal with it". I will destroy my credit card (that they try so hard to push on everyone) and shop ********** from now on. I realize me not shopping there will not affect them but best believe I will ALWAYS deter EVERYONE I know from purchasing appliances from Lowes. Especially if they value their time and $

      Ordered an oven back on February 16, 2022 from the *********, ** Lowes. Went to the *********, ** store in July ************************************************************************************ June of 2022. The *********, ** store never contacted me letting me know that the order was canceled. Went to get a refund and was given a partial refund. I bought an extended 3-year warranty. I was told I had to call the warranty place to get a refund from them. I told the *********, ** store to give me a refund for the warranty and they said that they could not because it was past 30-days and I had to deal with the warranty place and give them a call. I had the Store call the warranty place and tell them I needed the refund now. The warranty place said that I had to email the receipt to them along with the reason why I am returning it. I had the service desk person email the warranty place the receipt and explanation. Never heard back for the warranty place or the ********* store. I have been on the phone for days and hours calling the warranty place trying to get a refund. I do not recommend buying anything from Lowes or a warranty.

      I used Lowes to purchased 10K worth of windows/installation to be installed in my home. The installation occured on 06.23.22 as I begin to explain where each window was were to be installed I notice they order 2 of the same window I did not need and left out 1 window. I have been trying to speak with a manager/general manager at the store. I have called and email and no responses from anyone at all. If you contact Lowes main customer service number they are unable to assist or provide incorrect information. The window I did not need and wood that the installers said I did not need was finally picked on on 07.08.22 and the individuals had no documentation of the order for me to sign showing the items were picked. I received a message the following day from a rep from Lowes inquiring what they were supposed to do with the returned items, I returned the call and unsuccessful in reach the individual. I received back-to-back calls on 07.12.22 and the individual did not leave any message so I can follow back up. I would not and will not recommend Lowes for any large home project and will no longer make any future purchases of any sort from Lowes. Aidos Lowes a valuable customer!!!!!!!!!!

      I see all the bad reviews, but I am very impressed with Lowes. My husband had bought a washer/dryer and we had only one complaint the website kept trying to add things like the "extra" parts to the cart when we didn't need them or wanted them. Other than that our experience was AMAZING. We decided to use Lowes after have a horrendous experience with a similar company that kept delaying and pushing out further, we canceled with that company and went to Lowes, needless to say we had our Washer/Dryer within two days, SO MUCH QUICKER than the other company, delivery went perfect, they didn't try to give use a "burner" appliance, they got the washer/dryer in and let with everything in perfect condition. We have ZERO complaints, and then they hauled away both our old washer/dryer and didn't try to charge us more (they had only one option for haul away since we went from two separate to stackables). I honestly, will consider using them for any future appliances since they came through for us in the clutch and when all hope was lost for us to get a new washer/dryer

      I bought a ******* washer from Lowes. It never worked. I had to do hours of leg work to get a return authorization from ******* which ******* told me they would send to Lowes. That hadnt happened and I cant get anyone from Lowes to even look into it. Ive made numerous phone calls to the store. No manager will even pick up my call. Absolutely terrible experience with both Lowes and *******.

      I paid to have a porch built they sent out a contractor to do job people did not speak English and they did not finish the job They busted my siding black spots all over siding lattice is warped and the job still not done Lowes said they come out check it but never show up Guess I be filing a lawsuit
