      Salesman came to my door May 2022 and talked to me about their services. Unfortunately, he got me at a weak moment as just an hour before one of my kids got stung by a wasp. So, when he said they can help with that I as all in.
      The service tech same out a few days later, set traps, sprayed some stuff, and wiped the outside of the house with a broom. However, that is where it turned for the bad. I saw them come the first time but never again. I get emails saying I have an outstanding balance that needs to be paid but pay for what they didn't come again. I did pay the initial fee of $99, however I am not paying the $49 monthly fee, for no service. I don’t want any more of their services and I want out of this contract, that was misrepresented to me without paying the ridiculous cancellation fee.

      Thanks for reaching out. After looking into your account, it appears that you are on a monthly payment plan for quarterly services. This means that you receive one service per season. Instead of paying for that service all at once after receiving it, you signed up for the monthly payment plan that breaks those payments (for the quarterly services) down into smaller monthly payments. With this plan, you don't receive services every month, however you are welcome to call us to request a free warranty treatment if you are still seeing pests between your scheduled quarterly services. I apologize for the confusion regarding this plan!

      I don’t love a cold call at my door, but I’m especially put off by one where the “boy” immediately starts in with compliments and questions about my dog and telling me about his dog. “Hello?? Who are you and why are you here?” I explained to him that we use a different service and we were all set. He downgraded the company we chose and claimed my neighbors were using him. Ummmm, no. I know my neighbors. I wanted a business card or a pamphlet, thinking it could be worth looking into, but he had neither, so I found out more by seeing the complaints here. I am not a fan of the sales tactics used.

      This review relates to the San Antonio branch located at **** ********* **** *** ******** ** *****. There is no branch listed in BBB for San Antonio so I am adding it here. I have also submitted an online request to contact someone at headquarters but there is no option on the Insight Pest Solutions website to select the San Antonio location.
      The sales rep., technician, and phone representatives are kind and seem like they care. However, each time I have called with questions or issues with them overcharging my account before service was even provided, which is a breach of contract, the CSR does not have the information needed to resolve my issues/questions. I called several days ago and finally asked for a call back from a supervisor. That was five days ago, no one has refunded the over charge, and no one has called back. I called to check the status of my requested call back on 7/22 and this morning, 7/25 and no one is able to provide any information. When I spoke to the CSR on 7/22, he stated that he has no way to escalate customer issues to a supervisor. This appears to be the case as well when I called on 7/20 since no one has called me. Each time, I have called on a business day and during business hours. This is in addition to issues I have had with asking basic questions about my service and schedule. On a different occasion when I asked for clarification on whether I needed to leave my home post treatment (contract states I have to leave but sales rep. stated I didn't), the CSR stated she did not know and she did not have anyone available to ask. She stated she would call me back ASAP. This was on a Saturday so I understand resources are limited. However, I did not get a call back until after my treatment was almost complete to provide more conflicting information. I am still unsure of their processes and expectations and their employees seem to be in this same boat.

      Today I had a text message sent to me form my bank of unusable activity on my account. went online to view and saw 3 charges all on 7/22 for $49.99 each form insight pest solutions in Reno NV. So I called the Reno office to ask why. I spoke to a rep named **** he said he pulled up my account and saw the 3 charges and said he would put me in contact with his accounts people, when I asked to be transferred to them he said they would contact me maybe today when I asked for their direct number he said he did not know the number, so I asked to speak to a manager he put me on hold then came back moments later and said his manager was busy and could not speak to me, so I asked for the managers name he replied ***** and asked for a last name for ***** he said he did not feel comfortable giving that to me. When I asked why he hung up the phone. This company does not know the meaning of customer service and because of this I would not recommend them to anyone. That is why I am leaving a review rating of 0 stars. The review service is saying I have to provide a star rating so I will give 1 star but its actually 0.

      I want to warn anyone from doing business with this company. The salesperson never explained their early termination fees. Provided a one page laminated paper of the services they provided and guarantee they will take care of but never leave anything with you when they leave but tell you it will come via email. And then after taking your credit card they ask you to sign on a little iPad what you agree to from the conversation which didn't include anything about the early termination. The small print would have been impossible to see on the iPad. Then tried to call the company twice to share concerns and the customer service was AWFUL!!!

      *** recently came to our home to perform pest control services. *** arrived promptly at his scheduled time. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable of the insects in and around or home. *** was diligent in the performance of his duties and was open to any questions that arose.
