      Salesman was nice got service the very next morning and the girl was friendly and did everything they said they would do. So far so good. I dont understand the bad reviews dealing with the irate public today is a challenge since no one seems to satisfy them. Im surprised they didnt complain that the service person didnt mow the lawn.

      A salesman from INSIGHT knocked on my door. The ******* sounded reputable, and I had an issue with ticks and ********* bees in my yard. Unbeknown to me my credit card number was taken at that time and when I signed up for their *******, my credit card was immediately used after the first treatment for *********, bees, etc. the first treatment was great. Two people did an awesome job. The second ****** was here less than 15 minutes, never left a card as to what she had done for treatment so she had no clue of what areas to go for treatment! When I called to complain, they did send someone out to do the problem areas again When I tried to cancel the ******* because of her actions, they were going to charge me $250 because I apparently signed up for a year contract which I was not aware of. They came in January and again in April-I filled my 12 month obligation. I have never had so many ants in my house as Ive got right now with their year of *******. I caught two mice in my house during their *******!!! The ticks were in the backyard. They only sprayed 15 feet away from the house ********* bees, never truly went away. When I called them after their April ******* and told them Ive got ants everywhere they said because I had canceled, they would not come back one more time. I was not aware of their return visit if I was not pleased. He told me to take a month. Im still seeing ants in my house and its June 1 !!! Definitely would not recommend this company.!!!In January, the expiration date on my charge card ended, but they still used my charge card! I called the bank to ask why if my expiration date changed

      Pushy door-to-door sales people who ignore "no soliciting" signs and constantly return after you've told them to not come back. They ride their scooters onto your property and lean their scooters on your car as they approach your door. What homeowner would ever use a service that gives this first impression?

      I would not recommend this company to anyone! The initial service was ok and I was billed around $217 which I paid immediately. I called them on 3 separate occasions and told them each time that I was not interested in their annual maintenance plan and they confirmed this and would mark my file as such. Imagine my surprise when I discovered two recurrent charges on my card for $87.27. each. My card was charged in January of this year and again in February. These are clearly marked as recurrent charges and would apply to their annual plan which I said I did not want not once, not twice but three times!When I called voicing my dismay at this practice I was told they would remove my card information and not bill future charges. Awfully nice since I did not authorize any additional charges over and above my initial service. When I asked for a refund for the $172.54 in unauthorized charges, I was told that this would not happen because the initial service charge was really $394 not $217 so they are keeping the $172.54 to cover the difference. Now is this in a bait and switch scenario? The two unauthorized charges of $87.27 were clearly marked "recurrent charges" NOT balance due from the initial service.I regret that I have to mark a star because this company does not deserve any recognition.

      ******** company does not work with you at all lost my job and only could find a part time that pays ****** a week and I am having a difficult time keeping up with bills. They dont care if you get overdraft on your bank. Its all about money for them.

      This company is awful. Their services do not work consistent enough in the problem areas. They did 3 visits to our house (one in which it was the fall so any treatment for ticks and bees would be useless). We saw an uptick in ticks and all the other pests they treated for. It seemed more like they had made the problem worse then better. The contract they have you sign is very shady. They sign you up with all these hidden fees and do not hold up their end of money back guarantee. Please be careful before signing any contract with them.

      We are very sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with the services, we know that during the fall and winter services people usually do not want any treatment due to not seeing any bugs at that moment, but what people do not know is that just like humans, bugs look for warm areas, and no warmer area then the inside of your home, so we focus more on treating cracks and crevasses so no bugs go inside your home, just cause you don't see them does not mean they are not there. Also what happens during fall and winter is bugs hide and get ready for spring and summer producing as they hide under the ground, so to be ahead of the "game" we still treat so come next spring and summer you will not see a whole bunch of activity. 

      As far as seeing more activity then usual, that is a common thing, as we offer pest control not extermination. Meaning we come out every three months to control the problem. Now we know that having services every three months could make the product that we apply start to break down so the great thing about us; is we do offer warranty services in between your main services where if you do see on going activity, you can call us and we can send someone out to retreat at no additional charge !

      Salesman misrepresented that they could treat for moles. when technician came he said he was not able to treat for moles as they were not licensed in the State of NH. I called to cancel contract and spoke with a representative who was obviously taught to not take no for an answer. He said it would cost me $100 to get out of my contract. I advised that I was canceling due to misrepresentation of service and if they charged me I would fight it with my credit card company. I asked for a supervisor to call me. After not receiving a call back, I called the office again and the representative researched and saw they had, in fact, canceled my service with no fees owed.

      Be forewarned ,**** the sales guy showed up at my door soliciting for Insights. This should have been my first red flag. The second red flag should have been Beaufort county Sheriff showing up talking to them. Please read the fine print of their contracts as they word it so they can charge you more if you try and cancel. They did my first job back in July which I had to call then right back as they never knocked down a 3 foot spider week at eye level on my front porch. They also missed a 10 hornet near under the eve of my garage right in plain sight. So they did come back and knock it down only to leave the mess on my driveway. They were supposed to do a second inside and out treatment in Sept but never showed up or called to schedule an appt. Ring cameras dont lie even when they told me they were there. So I decided to cancel since I was getting charged 60 a month for no service. I call and get the run around and got numbers for ************ which didnt work, then sent to ******** and finally to ********. All very confused and has a hard time locating me. Finally after 5 phone call I was located and told I cant break the contract with our cancellation fees. 200+. They keep trying to make new appointments, beware of this tactic it is meant to redirect you. This is a company I feel has built a strategy to trap the customer instead of offering good service. From the unsolicited neighbor approach to the unyielding company propaganda to not refund or stand by their work. Insight Pest Solutions just say NO!!!
