      ******** has installed my battery with professionalism. I couldn't be happier. I had a pleasure build experience scheduling him through ****, who was most helpful. Did it get hurt and I see if sometimes it'll change our word and if so, but you know. B**** instead of hanging rough breathing where it falls on the keyboard.******** hasn't stopped my battery with professionalism. You're performance was everything you said you could do. My battery was cheaper quicker and better than any other option. I thank **** for being so helpful and all the way through ******** doing excellent work

      The lifetime warranty is a total scam. They will pretend to help and then stop picking up the phone. We sent in the diagnostic reports from ******* ****** themselves called them to inform them the battery was faulty and green bean battery has been no help at all. Stay away from this company and dont fall for the lifetime warranty.

      ****** was very knowledgeable and proficient. He has replaced 2 hybrid batteries for me. I have bought 5 from Green Bean for all my hybrids. I highly recommend the lifetime upgrade.

      The technician ******** was extraordinarily helpful very well informed and a very kind man helped ** out quite a bit and ****** the sales gentleman was very polite not to mention ********* the support supervisor was also extraordinary very pleased with the service we received.

      WARNING- Sadly our experience with Green Bean battery has been terrible. We purchased a 2007 Prius from our neighbor, who had a Green Bean battery installed in 2018. The hybrid battery is already failing, and has led to dangerous driving conditions for our teenage driver. Our neighbor purchased a 5 year warranty, which is transferable to new owners. The original paperwork we were given outlines all of the requirements for transferring the warranty, which we followed. What they did not disclose in the paperwork was that the warranty needed to be transferred within 7 days of purchasing the vehicle. At this point they are unwilling to honor the warranty, which is deceptive at best, and unethical at worst. Be warned. These batteries won’t last the long haul, and they have deceptive business practices.

      BUYER BEWARE! Seemed like an obvious choice to me. $3500 for a new battery from Toyota with a 3-year warranty or $1500 for a reconditioned battery from Green Bean with a 5-year warranty. MPG went from 35 to 50 on the day of installation, but steadily declined over the next few months. Got the triangle of death before even 1 year had passed. Called Green Bean and they asked me to take it to the dealer for confirmation. It was such a terrible experience, I decided to spring for the new battery instead of a replacement from Green Bean. Unfortunately, the dealer refused to accept the Green Bean battery as a core trade in, so I was stuck with paying an additional $1300 for the new battery.

      I bought hybrid batteries for my Prius a few months ago from Green Bean Battery Company and was talked into the life time warranty.
      Now I have the red triangle of death warning on my dash, the Toyota Dealer diagnosis is POA80 code battery cells bad and said I need to replace the Batteries Green Bean recently put in.
      Green Bean will not honor the Guarantee they so proudly advertise, I tried to put a negative review on the green bean website and the firewall blocked it, no wonder why all the reviews are 5 ?? . SCAMMERS Garbage batteries.
