      I'm once again very happy with my service once. **** my sale representative helped a ton getting a vehicle scheduled in quicker than originally expected for a customers vehicle. **** showed up early and had the battery swapped out in no time. I will continue to use Green Bean to take care of all of my hybrid battery needs!

      **** and ****** were a great team. ****** returned my inquiry late in the evening and **** was super knowledable during the repair and went above and beyond to walk me thru lots of technical questions. Both were a pleasure to work with and would be happy to utilize their services again. To bad I can't hire **** to be my personal mechanic, he was great despite having driven all over the state in one day. A+ team.??????

      ******, the sales rep, and ****, the installer, both provided exceptional assistance. I had multiple questions, called three times, and ****** effectively addressed them. ****, as the installer, also answered questions ****** couldn'************ went above and beyond by testing my 12V battery, confirming it was still in good shape, saving me $275. He ensured all dashboard warning lights were off except for the tire pressure light, test drove my car to check for issues, and inspected the hybrid fan. **** also informed me that the hybrid battery had been replaced previously, something the previous owner hadn't disclosed. I wholeheartedly recommend Green Bean Batteries for hybrid vehicle owners. Their service is top-notch with a 10/10 rating. Notably, they offer a lifetime warranty and accept *****, a rarity among companies. Thank you, Green Bean, for your excellent service!

      Followed all the steps necessary for warranty replacement of a 3 year hybrid battery for a 2010 Prius that was 2 weeks shy of 3 years old when it failed. I have emailed, talked to the warranty agent, and called back and put on a callback voice messaging service. I havent gotten any communication back for over 7 days when I was told it would be ***** hours before they could get back to me. So basically the warranty on the battery is c*** I cant have my car inoperable for weeks on end. Ill go local at the same price but only 2 year warranty but the Green Bean Warranty isnt worth a day after the purchase. Dont go to this company because of the warranty, they wont honor it!
