Saturday, no heat. Knew it would be emergency 'fix'. They arrived when they said they would. They sent a competent technician to detect the issue. ****** gave me a temporary fix until he could order the part. I was warm. Part will come in next week, they'll come back to complete the fix. Actually .. ***** is the right one for us!! VERY steady at the wheel so to speak . I noticed immediately he took total ownership of my HVHC PROBLEMS AND CONCERNS and I promise you as a loyal client-- he will be back inside our house doing the right thing in a smart fashion !!
