This place should be called "AIRHEADS", the worst customer service I have ever received. The techs are incompetent, inexperienced, no customer service skills, and lack of critical thinking skills. Unable to diagnose a problem, and when all else fails, "replace the compressor", 3 techs-no solutions, my husband had to provide guidance by googling troubleshoot. The A/C was ONLY 3 YEARS old and installed by AirExperts and was told by them, compressor was bad. They refused to replace the compressor because we did not have a Maintenace plan with them. Even though a compressor should last ***** yrs. The manager said A/Cs don't last like they did back then. LONG story short. ******* HEAT/AIR/HVAC was able to accurately diagnose the problem by calling the manufacturer. IT WAS NOT THE COMPRESSOR! I SAVED 2K from a misdiagnosis.YOUR COMPANY is INCOMPETENT, BORDERLINE DISHONEST.I DO NOT RECOMMEND AIRHEADS!

The inconsistencies between what the technicians found, and your noted experience could only mean that we failed to properly communicate. Will serviced my HVAC unit today. It was the first time that I met him. I found him to be very personable and helpful. He answered all our questions knowledgeably. I was very impressed with him as I have been with all the service techs that air experts have sent over the 10 years or so that I have had Air Experts install and service our HVAC units.Air Experts Heating, Cooling, LLC

********************* (**) did a great job in quickly and successfully fixing our leaking faucet--quickly assessed the problem, knew what needed to be done, and the necessary parts on his truck and expertise in his head! Thoughtfully suggested a way to pay as little as possible for our necessary repair. We're already Air Experts customers and are glad we called them first!Air Experts Heating, Cooling, LLC

OUTSTANDING COMPANY!!! I simply can not say enough great things about this company. After having to deal with ********* assigned contractors, I was beyond angry. Air experts saved us when we needed it most. From the moment I made contract with them, it was a pleasure to actually deal with people who loved their job and believed in providing exceptional service each and every time! They may be a little More expensive BUT TRUST ME, they are so worth it. Theres no hidden costs or bs. They explain everything and work hard to ensure all needs are met and more importantly that the work is done properly first time. I simply can not recommend this company enough!
