Their representative on the phone assured me the repairman would arrive with the part needed to fix my warer heater. He arrived without the part, quoted an exorbitant price to replace the part ($650) and tried to upsell me a new unit. Charged $79. Called another service and had it fixed for less than half the price - it works great now.Air Experts Heating, Cooling, LLC
