      Horrible. Accountant promised to file a dispute after I was assured account wouldn't be closed for filing a dispute and open a new account protecting my account from theft. Then the accountant suddenly changes things suddenly after the fact. Closing my account without telling they would. Liars! Rude mechanical robotic recited responses. Poor customer service. I would never bank with them. I hope they go out of business. Soon soon. Not a very ************** Waving a flag logo. ****. Discriminatory attitudes. Take Back America! Don't bank there!

      Had an online savings account thru the *** Bank arm. Funds on deposit for over a year so source of funds was not an issue. Just blocked from sending a wire to escrow for a real estate purchase. Reason: Account is flagged because I changed cell phone providers (not the number). The reps confirmed my identity, I was able to log into the account and transfer funds through ACH or have a check mailed to my house, but I was told that, per policy, all wires were prohibited for SIX MONTHS. Nowhere is this policy listed on the bank website or disclosures. Escrow requires wire transfers. Closed the account.

      I created an account with this bank online, made a deposit , and then the next week the account was closed without reason. Its been nearly two months now and I still havent been able to get my deposit back. Every time I manage to get an agent on the line (which can take 45 minutes or more) , Im told that its processing and to give it more time.This is a scam of a bank, I would advise anyone whos thinking about opening an account here to steer clear.

      I had a business checking account and a personal credit card with this bank. After several interactions of terrible customer service, I decided to close my business checking account and was going to close my credit card, once it was paid off. However, after I closed my business checking account, and left a ****** review on how terrible their customer service is, all of a sudden, my credit card limit went from $3500 to $2200 without any notice. Seems this bank did not like that I posted a ****** review of how terrible they are and decided to be ***** and lower my credit card limit with no notice and had no valid reason to do so. Extremely unethical company.

      In the middle of moving, every dollar is important, I logged in to transfer money from savings to checking and noticed the checking balance was off. There was a ****** charge for Temu (never shopped them nor had them on my radar.) Called the local branch, off 250 in ***************, **, and the man said I (I DID IT?) charged my card for Temu. I couldn't dispute because 5/1/24 charge was still pending on 5/2/24; later I spoke with toll free # and was told this charge would clear on the following Monday. The next day, Friday the 3rd, the total charge was completely withdrawn. Called again, created the dispute, still waiting but was just told by 800# to keep account open since IF the dispute is approved I can get my money from the bank. IF, are you kidding? And the branch manager at this location has verbally attacked me and told me to close the account because I said I was closing it. All my money is withdrawn each time something comes in which forces me to use PTO at work because this bank is not opened on the weekend. Absolutely shameful "business" model. My new bank was appalled that I was stuck in a 2 week dispute to maybe get my money back.

      I have been a customer for over 20 years with the branch in ********,sc. We've never had a problem with holds on checks. My husband cashes his paycheck and deposits money into the account every two weeks. Well this last Friday, the teller did something funny and now from Friday to Tuesday there's a hold on his paycheck. The account shows overdrawn because the money is holding because of the branch and customer service states there is nothing they can do to resolve. I have another account and they verify things electronically and usually the paycheck is posted same day.when the hold on the account is finally up, I'm taking all the money out and closing the account. They shouldn't leave customers high and dry like this with the available technology to verify things like checks. This bank is living in the past.I will no longer bank with them after this.

      Called about fraud on the account (for the third time since I've been with them). Lady on the phone said she was going to cancel the card, I asked if they could send me a new one first as being a sub contractor having a debit card is VERY important. They couldn't, I asked if I could call another day when I have cash, as I couldn't make it to a bank in time, she said okay. After getting off the phone I went to get gas only to find my debit card had been canceled. I call customer service and they didn't even order me a new card. No consideration for their customers whatsoever. They also charge me ATM fees for not using their arms. So double ATM fees yippie. S**** this bank

      If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Everything this company does is anti-customer. I recently got an email from them saying they couldn't process my payment. I DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. My *** does, but they send me the email and not the **** The *** has no idea what I'm talking about when I call them, but they are more than happy to charge me late fees because their bank can't do its job.If you're an *** administrator, please do not sign up for this company.

      Horrible and misleading. Send you flyers in the mail saying welcome to the neighborhood join the local bank. Then after you join the nearest branch is almost 1 HOUR away. And its the only branch of 2 and those branches are almost 2 hours away from each other.. Why advertise as a neighborhood bank and you dont have any banks near by.. i pass several chase banks, several ***** Fargo, several *************** before i get to one of the two branches.. So my only option is to drive all this way to deposit a check or use mobile deposit, Then the mobile deposit takes 2 weeks to go through, absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommend this bank to anyone
