I highly recommend that everyone should stay away from this Victra ******* store on **************** in *******, **. They are totally incompetent! And NOT just that, they send fraudulent bills and force you to pay because they will send it to collections!Victra

Numerous Hidden fees that are not disclosed during transaction. The deals they offer you arent even transmitted to *******, so you have to waste 2 hours of your time dealing with ******* directly to make sure you get everything you were promised. Total bait and switch. Buyers beware. Do yourself a favor and dont shop here. Ever.Victra

I typically dont leave reviews, I just move my business elsewhere, but due to the numerous bad experiences I have had at the ******, ******* location I am leaving this review. While knowledgeable, the staff has 0% customer service. They usually dont greet you when you walk in and if they do, its seems like youre a bother and not a customer. There is probably a reason all the reviews on their website are 2+ years old. I have tried to help my ailing mother-in-law on her account, but they wont allow it and said she has to be in the store to make any changes, but she cannot travel. The manager did not offer any options or even try to work with us. The phone I was trying to get help with could not be upgraded by me, could not be upgraded unless the account manager was on site (which she cant). They refused to let me even purchase a new phone, and would not sell a phone outright unless it was in a 36 month plan! They flat told me they could do nothing without the account manager on site. They do not offer repairs, do not offer refurbished, and obviously do not want to offer any options to make a sale. This location is a waste of time and money for Victra.Victra

Worst customer service, luckily ******* corporate was able to help. Store tried to charge me for a full iPhone INCLUDING my trade it. After telling me my phone was broke and then another store fixed the phone.Victra

I visited the store to look at the ******* Galaxy Fold 6. ******* **** assisted me, and he was both knowledgeable and friendly. Based on this positive interaction, I decided to pay off my current cellphone and my son's, and I ordered a ******* Galaxy Fold 6 for myself. ******* informed me when I could pick it up, and I was very happy with this initial experience. A different employee was working. He seemed slightly annoyed, as he was assisting two other customers who were expressing frustration, he told me he had sent agreements to my phone to check each box. He then handed me my new cellphone and the receipt.Upon trying to connect the cellphone, I discovered it could not connect because the eSIM was not set up. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with a Verizon technician, I drove to the store, but it was closed. I then drove to a ******* company store, where they had my cellphone working in less than five minutes.When I reviewed my receipt at home, I noticed two charges I was never informed about: a "$39.99 Setup and *********** charge (which was clearly not performed, as the eSIM was not set up) and a "***** charge for remaining phone balance," even though there was no outstanding balance on my account. When I tried to discuss the charges with him, he stated he "couldn't change anything" and that it was "company policy." When I specifically asked about the setup charge, he became irritated and reiterated that "nothing could be done" and "those charges could not be altered." I asked to speak to the owner or manager, and he said he didn't know when they would be in the store. He then stated that ******* was the owner/manager.I no longer trust the employees at this store. When I asked for the employee's name who handled my pickup, he wrote "*******" on my receipt, along with a note that he "did not set up my cellphone," despite being the one who processed the pickup.Victra

If Only "ZERO" Stars Were Possible! What was supposed to be an "even swap" of two iPhones and two iPads left me with a financial obligation of more than $3,300.00. I returned the four devices and asked for mine in return, but they were no longer available, even though I made the return within the 30-day window.Victra

I went to this location to change provides for cell service.******* advertised free phones when switching to them. At first the sales associate said yes , free phones and we keep our old phones paid for through a different provider. After hours of trying to transfer numbers we paid for 3 out of 4 phones in agreement to come back the next day to finish and pay for the last. which we did. Then we recieved a bill from ******* for the amounts we already paid.Discussed this with the manager and were told we had to give up our phones.That were paid off through another provider and still owed money. No one was able explain the deal or situation. I found this very frustrating and very misleading . **** ******Victra

I called ahead to see if they would honor a promotion for a new phone I received on my email, and on the phone they promised to honor it. After setting up an appointment and coming in after a few days, the manager of the store told me they could not do anything about it and that I was out of luck. He did not try to resolve the issue at all.Victra

They charge $39.99 for what they call a set up and go. They make it sound like it's the activation fee but in reality this is an additional charge and the activation fee will be billed on your first months bill. We changed over from another carrier and had our own phones for the four new lines except for one new phone. The new phone is the o lyrics phone that required a set up the other three were just activation. However they charged us set up and go for all four lines. So in total $39.99 set up and go plus $35.00 activation fees it cost us $75.00 per line to change over. We call ******* and they said we should have not been charged the set up and go fee for three of the lines and the fourth should of been optional. If your planning on changing carriers make sure it's a company store not a franchise as it appears the franchise stores can charge whatever they want. This store was located at ***************************************** *******, ************ Liars and thieves and could care less about the customer.Victra

Sorry for the delay in responding back. The store is Victra, ******************************************************************. We switched for T-Mobile to ******* on March 31, 2025. We were assisted by *****. The plan was a limited time offer for four lines. We brought over three phones and recieved one free phone with a Moto 5G as a trade in. First off we were charged $10.00 on the trade in. This phone had less then two hours on it and was purchased new in 2025. Worst off we were charged $39.99 for a set up and go charge on all fours phones. The only phone that required set-up was the so called free phone. The three phone we carried over only needed to be activated. No other work on these phones were needed we even had the ******* app on as we already use ******* WiFi. According to ******* we shouldn't have been charged Set-up and go and if we had gone to a ******* store we would of never been charged the Set-up and go fee as it is optional. However when I went back to Victra we were told it not an option but required as it is store policy as it is a independently operated store not a ******* run store. If we knew this up front we would have gone a mile and a half down the street to a ******* run store. This will be the last time I step foot in this store.
