      Came in for help with a simple line transfer. First time was given the wrong number to call. Came back the next day to some middle age woman who was obviously upset she had to come in to work. She was condescending the entire time. Walked off to help someone else and said she had no clue how to do it she's never done it before. Don't go here. They aren't ******** they don't know what they're talking about, they just charge you extra for a phone. Lost the sale of a phone for the store as we would have upgraded once the transfer was complete.

      On December 19, 2024 we purchased a ******* Business Internet Gateway from Victra NC-******. Our phones were spotty during the day and when we brought the unit home, we found that we had no phone service in the evening and since the Gateway runs off the phone lines, we would not have service, so we never hooked it up. We tried to return it the next day to the store we bought it, and were told we would have to send it back to *******, but they would take the internet off our bill. On December 30, 2024 I called ************************ to get the address and was told the billing for that unit was for another ****** ***** in ********** and not to worry about it. I saw it on the February 2025 statement and we went to the ******* store (not a third-party retailer) who told us we had only 30-days to return it and it had to be done at the store where we bought it. The sales person put us on with customer service who was willing to work with us IF we went to ** to return it (8-hours away). She also said it is part of their contract to take it back. (Page 2 of their agreement Refund and Exchange Policy: Device and accessory purchases are limited to 30-day return period. We are stuck with a company, Victra, who is unwilling to work with us and a gateway we cannot use, but we had to pay ******* for the unit to take the internet off our monthly bill.

      I'm not sure where to began. I was in the store cellphone section looking for a **** card or a replacement phone for my Safelink phone when I was approached by I thought was a ******* associate at a ******* store in ****** **** and was talked into getting a ******* cell phone that was supposed to be free and was told that my bill would be $50 a month and that I would be able to keep my current phone number that I have with T-mobile and that everything would be ported over to ******* from T-mobile, only to discover that the paperwork that I was given was not true. I called ******* and associate that waited on me on to be giving the run around by the ******* associate to keep my from returning the phone and canceling the service. ***. There is so much more.

      Husband went to the Victra store in ******************** after purchasing 2new iPhones, we were given EXCELLENT SERVICE by ***** M!! She explained everything so we could understand it,answered all our question & got our phones in working order in record time!! Thank you she's the best, ****** And *** ******* ??

      I am happy to report that the District Manager of VICTRA (Pooler GA) listened. She was professional and showed enthusiasm to remedy the problem, and to refund me for my purchase, after the store agent sold me a defective, discontinued set of earbuds for $87 and refused to refund the item.
      The sales person contacted the store manager for guidance and the store manager insisted that i file a claim using the manufacturer warranty. The manager refused to speak to me over the phone and instructed the sales representative to provide me with the number for the warranty service.
      I contacted warranty service providers and was told that they could offer me a different product th at the rate of $70, or less, however, my cost was $87 . They also stated that i should box the item and ship it back via the local post office at my expense. The third option was to dispose the item by cutting the case cable or submerging the item into water and sending the photos to verify disposal. They informed me that they would send me a set in the mail.
      I spent countless hours attempting resolving this matter.
      I contacted the corporate office and received a telephone call from Cheyenne the district manager, who resolved the matter and refunded my money immediately.
      I know it seems like a lot, but i want to ensure that everyone is aware that there are always steps to take to resolve matter pertaining to customer satisfaction.

      ******* Victra in ************************ should be shut down. The biggest headache Ive ever had at any store in my lifetime!!! The management (******)and district manager, ***,even ignores your calls and ********* was a complete bait and switch sale and disgusting how many hours my husband and I have had wasted driving to and from the store. They will not respond to texts, calls or emails. They promise to fix everything in person and then ignore you.

      We went into this store to trade in our old phone for free iPhone and internet service. Jaiden F told us our bill would be comparable to T-Mobile ($130/mth plus what we were paying for internet with metaLink ($60). He told us iPad and smartwatches were also included for free. We insisted we did not want any iPads or smartwatches and he said most people give them as gifts just take them and bring them back if you still dont want them. We had been there 4 hours so we reluctantly agrees to accept them. He then filled up a bag with chargers and screen protectors etc. he said those were also mostly free. He said we just needed to pay activation charges and taxes. The bill came to ($1154). We were shocked. Too tired to discuss any further or change our mind (at this point our phone services with T-Mobile was disconnected) we left. From that point on the entire experience has been a nightmare. After attempting to return the iPads and smartwatches four times (they refused to take them and kept asking us to come back) we refused to leave with them again and left them with the mgr and a new sales person who went through the process of returning the bag of accessories. We were refunded around $100 (thats right) and charged $200 for restocking fees. Next came the monthly bill $374.00. I spent hours on the phone with ******* and basically ended up with an $80 credit to my new $374 phone bill. And as soon as I resolved that came down to $286. I was sent another bill two days later for $574. This company is the biggest scam. Once the contract is up we will go back to ******** and have a landline with ******** as our internet provider.

      Deceptive sales at victra ************* Told me my trade in on my timoble 14 android would be 850 on a new iPhone pro-16 I get a outrageous bill to find out that I only got half the value as credit ****** I left with no receipt given to me saying it would be emailed. Never was So deceptive in so many other ways which I want go into They get commissions so they lie to get them at your cost Should be sued put out of business They make ******* look bad

      Store employees were helpful enough when went to pick up new iPhone ordered through *******, but having to wait for times security safe to open is highly inconvenient to paying customers.
