BEWARE!! In *** ***** Victra 'Verizon' stores they are selling personal information!!! We and several people we know have purchased phones from what we thought were Verizon stores in the last two weeks. The stores turned out to be this company Victra. Victra is selling our information! We all are getting multiple calls, texts and emails (10-20 or more per hour) from legitimate companies who believe we requested information.
These companies are paying $3 - $25 dollars for leads. The calls keep coming and there is no way to stop it.
Beware! Find a legitimate Verizon store.

If I could give a 0 rating I would! DO NOT USE THIS STORE! Take the extra time and go to a corporate store. I bought phones during the "get a free phone with a trade-in" in June 2022. I paid for the difference in price at the store. About a month later, I received a bill from Verizon for the very same phones. They have NO record of a trade in from Victra. I met with the manager (Victra) in person about the issue. Of course, he says that I owe the $800 to Verizon. Again... do NOT go to this store unless you want to pay twice for the same product. This is the *********, Ga location.Victra

I went to ** ****** Ks Verizon Store to purchase a new phone I walked around looked at phones then I set down on a stool in front of the counter a woman employee was helping another customer she never acknowledge me I waited about 30 minutes while she had a personal conservation with the other customer . I thought that was rude so I walked out the employee still did not say anything to me as I left . I drove 20 miles to ****** AND PURCHASED A PHONE WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE . I WILL NEVER SHOP THAT STORE OR ANY VICTRA OWNED STORES AND I WILL DO MY BEST TO WARN OTHERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Victra
