      I recently needed to buy a phone because my wife is pregnant getting ready to have a baby we need an extra phone and I went to **************** I heard the ******* one of the same but they good with customer service and this is what happened an hour into trying to buy a phone I told sales agent I'll come back tomorrow my wife's hungry she needs to eat and I need to get home he then proceeded to tell me call a cab I'll be done in 5 minutes before he gets here needless to say another hour later so I'm two and a half hours into this and I had to pay for the cab 45 minutes while he waited so that cab ride was enormous and then to add insult to injury he never put the insurance down like I asked him to like I told him to repeatedly and so of course I lost my phone two days after I got it and now I'm stuck with a month long service bill from ******* and their solution to me and ****** both ****** said they will not replace my phone. Even though it's their fault so what's in what's in plan backup plan for good tax paying business owning Americans like myself you tell me this is not right when I asked spoke with the district manager by the name of ***** he suggested that he allow me to buy another phone and still pay my bill off and everything that's not right because it's not my fault I couldn't get insurance to cover my phone I want something done about this it's not fair and not to mention that every time I've called ******* in the last month 10 times it's all documented they sold me something for my plan now I have everything that plan could possibly offer except the phone all I wanted was my phone replaced

      Victra in the ******** mall
      Is the worst! Do not go there! The rep **** who sold me my phone told me everything wrong, told me to go home and call the 1800 number. I cancelled my service, I had issues doing that, I was dealing with district manager but she will not respond back to me. They owe me $82 for trading in my phone. I have been trying to get my money for 4 months now and still waiting, nobody responds back, horrible, horrible, company. Make sure you go to an actual verizon store, not an authorized retailer.

      Victra-Verizon uses their Bogo offer as a scam. We paid $1100 for a phone to get the second phone free and theyve been charging ** over $42 a month under equipment -additional charges. We have reached out to customer service and fighting with them for over two years, they will not refund your money back. They wont credit our account. They tell ** that theyll call ** back within 48 hours and we never hear from them again we call back and go through the same c*** The manager in the **** office said she was going to help ** and now she wont answer her phone. My husband and I are thinking about if we have enough people to do a class action lawsuit against them.

      Four weeks ago I stopped buy chance at Verizon store at **** **** **** *** ********** They show an add at the window $25 Internet for Business, that drew my attention. I stepped inside, asking about the offer for business, they unanswered yes it is available, but you have to arrange an appointment to meet the manger whom deal with business accounts. Two days later I met with manger (********) at the same location, asking her about my required for the business to have, she offered me the service
      as a package include Internet for $25.00, land line 29.00 and cell phone $40.00 service for the total price of $94.00. also she mentioned that includes the equipment and no monthly payments for the equipment at all. I was surprised, asking her again to make sure of that, she repeated that it is free. At once she installed a Sim card for my phone, and she charged me about $54.00 for activation, and she gave two equipment, and she said to me you are ready to go. Asking her about the contract, she said we will send it by mail. One week later received a bill for $ 160.00 and she disappeared since then. Calling and texting her but no success, I waled to the store asking for correction, they call Police accused me for harassment. Unfortunately the Police backed them instead, and telling me they don't want you to com to this store. What a Scam . Asking all whom experienced such issues to join me to rise our voice to correct that.

      Beware if you ask for a screen protector for your phone!!! It cost me $54.99 for an inferior product. I got a much better screen protector from ******* for $12.98. Which is only $.03 more than the shipping and handling they want to charge for a replacent for theirs, which cracked within 2 weeks, and got worse!
