      I have a billing issue. I've spoken to three representative and sent several inquires through the website and my issue has not been resolved. I am kept on hold for over an hour and when you get someone on the line they lie to you and place you on hold for additional minutes. I lived at my home for 17 years and my sanitation bill was grandfather in with the Subdivision. I received a bill that was more than double the amount I paid over the 17 years I lived there. I was told my bill will be adjusted and and amount to pay. I go to call to pay the amount and I am get discrepancy. This is so unprofessional. I need this to be escalated and I need my bill to be corrected so I can pay the correct amount without no late fee's. I can be reached at 404 942 8830. My account # *******

      To whom may concern Garbage mand threw away some clothes of mine where had cloudy Capri pants,*******,tank top,bra, and ******* with socks that bag using do laundry for that day. I was told by garbage man someone from Landfill will call me retrieve those items that be supervisor that never call me. I was told by him and another agent can go up to landfill including gave letter missing items said give to a person landfill but never receive call. I was told can come up retrieve my items from landfill that what I want to do is retrieve my items as I promise that I could retrieve my clothes. Thanks

      Hello, unfortunately once the truck reaches the landfill there isn't anything we can do to collect items or sort through items.  The truck would cycle/ collect hundreds of stops and compact them over and over.  We would not be able to sort through anything.  Sorry if there was any miscommunication.  Thank you

      I am rejecting this response because: I have talk to the garbage was being taken away and was told supervisor landfill call me which never did by garbage man. I try call in several times couldn't get through when finally got through talk someone 4 days had past and I was told someone from landfill will call me by the garbage man that came my address and see they seen any clothing at the landfill if was thrown into the there or they seen anything like that on security camera. I call right away and even talk garbage man which promise me landfill operator supervisor give me call which never receive a call. I still want to talk to landfill supervisor from landfill dumping department  to see if they recall they seen anyone seen something thrown into the landfill. or anything security camera I was promise supervisor from landfill will call and that I also could come up and retrieve my missing items.       To whom may concern I was promise can talk to landfill manger and they can check to see if seen anything I have that right to talk to manager from landfill.       GFL took over the waste company we had been using for our company. No notification was sent about the takeover. I have been trying for a month to cancel my service. I get no response to phone calls, emails or support tickets through the website.

      Dear Better Business Bureau, Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to GFL.

      We have investigated this matter. We did correspond with our customers and inform them of the change from their previous provider to GFL. I see this customer did contact us initially on the 12th of July expressing interest in closing their account. A sales representative in our office reached out to the customer to inform them that they were in an active contract with GFL.

      I do see that this customer did reach out to us again on July 22nd. We will be sure to get things escalated on our end and will have a representative give them a call as soon as possible, in the next 48 hours.

      GFL bought two trash collection businesses in ******** VA. They have not collected my trash from my house for two weeks. I have called them and was put on hold. On one ever answered. I emailed GFL and did not get a
      response. I have no other options for trash collection because GFL NOW HAS MONOPOLY IN MY AREA

      After review the account we are showing this cx has been serviced. There are two times we are showing no cans out. That was on 7/26 and 8/2. Cx has not called in to state they have been missed. No credit will be applied.
