      This business will continue to miss pickups and still take your money. I have been waiting weeks almost MONTHS for them to pick up my trash from my small business and yet they haven't picked it up. It was so bad I had to take the trash myself to the landfill, which I shouldn't have to do if I'm PAYING for a service. absolutely ridiculous don't even bother if you want your money dissolved.

      Our scheduled pickup day is Friday and the trash still has not been picked up. It's not just my at my house, it hasnt been picked up in the entire town. They expect us to pay the quaterly bill in time but they are not able to pick up the trash in time. I called and was told there are running delayed and it will be picked up this Friday and they can not credit my account for the missed service. Worst service ever!!!

      The management has a unsophisticated mind, to be in this position. The communication skills, is dreadful. The behavioral conduct towards other people, is unjustified. His professionalism and demeanor, does not demonstrate leadership or trustworthy. The staff members are wonderful people. The drivers worked very hard to maintain stability to keep the customers satisfied and continued paying customers.

      GFL Environmental took my money for trash pickup at my residence but they have not picked it up for 3 weeks. They are scheduled to pickup once per week. When I try to call their offices, I get put on hold for hours. They have come by and picked up the recycle but has left the non-recycle trash. The can has been at the curb for 3 weeks untouched. It is like that for the whole housing development.

      Would not recommend! Will not accommodate a service change based on your needs. Service is inconsistent and will not offer credits or price adjustments on contracted service not received. All about locking you into a contract, and bullying you into paying for service you don't need and or did not receive. Not a good partnership.

      Horrible customer service. Our bank issued a check in mid-May through their bill pay service and it has yet to post to our account. All info on the payment is correct and remit address is correct. Sent two messages to customer service through the avenue they provide on with no contact made to resolve the issue on either message. Tried calling 3-4 times and waited on hold about 30 min. each time with no answer, just music and the assurance that the next available agent will help...NOT!

      I have sent TWO messages to WeCanHelp and received nothing but a token email response, giving it a request number and that someone would contact us, which they did not. Thankfully after being on hold for about 30 minutes, someone did answer the phone last Friday. Told me they would look into my issue (payment for May service mailed to correct address in mid-May and still not cashed in mid-June) and someone would trace payment and get back to me , but it could take up to 72 hours- again nothing. Then miraculously, the check, dated 5/17/22 was cashed today 6/22/22- I was notified by my bank, not GFL. Don't give the option of sending a message to WeCanHelp unless you are going to help! Nothing comes of sending a message. Just call, sit on hold for a LONG time and hope that they answer your call. :(
