This is the worst business I have ever encountered in my life. ****** **** is the most unprofessional, rude, and hateful person. ****** was quick to throw a contract in my face, but yet when he spoke with my husband his tone and mood totally changed. He did not want to delay the drop off of our roofing material due to his fear of it getting lost in his warehouse. The only kind thing he did was agree to delay the installation of the roof so we could have insurance come assess the damage for potential coverage. Even then, he claimed insurance doesnt normally cover much in cases like ours, so essentially it was a waste of time. Turns out our insurance covered the entire thing. Our insurance also informed us that Southern National roofing did nothing but scam us. They changed us over two times the cost of what it should have been to replace our roof. Of course Southern National claimed because we wanted a nicer roof that was the cause of the price being so high. When in reality, we chose a mid-grade roof. Among all of this, our Sales guy, **** was nice and the only pleasant thing about this company. However, he was slightly pushy in trying to make a deal during our initial consult. He tried multiple times to shake on it to close the deal despite us being hesitant. I do however thank him for being being the only kind, helpful, and understanding person that works for this nightmare of a company. Do yourself a favor and work with any other roofing company. It was nothing but a disaster from start to finish.

Thank you for sharing. We would like to put this in context for our future customers reading this. I have personally reviewed all calls pertaining to this matter and ****** did not change his tone or manner of communication depending on whom he was speaking to. The ******** purchased a roof from us. In fact, they purchased an extremely high quality roof with every accessory possible. They then called their insurance company to file a claim. ****** informed our customers that insurance rarely, if ever, covers the quality of installation (and all of the items) that they selected. In this ****, ****** was 100% correct. The insurance covered less than half of the job scope that the ******** picked out. Insurance companies like to say that all of the extra steps that we take aren't necessary, but we are an award winning, factory-certified contractor and we don't skips or perform poor quality work to get a price down to the very low amounts that insurance companies are willing to pay. Of course insurance companies will say that our price is high, not that they are cutting corners.Review fromKeith M

5 starsThis company is fantastic. As a younger homeowner its easy to be considered an easy target for some companies to try and sell. I worked with **** and he was amazing. Truly an honest man who just wants to help. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy which is VERY important when it comes to big decisions. He asked the important questions and covered the main points without trying to overwhelm and confuse. They got it done in one day and my new roof looks amazing! The whole process was simple and the team kept me up to date with everything. I would highly recommend them if you need a new roof. I focus on transparency and affordability and they definitely hit those major points. 10/10 again I recommend. Yall are the best!
