      Thourogh job. Did everything that they said they would. Went above and beyond. Solidified the roof foundation before they replaced the wood and the shingles. They explained everything so that I could understand every step clearly. They were very polite throughout the job and cleaned up all materials and debris before they left. I would recommend this company to others.

      Ive got nothing to say of the quality of service this company provides. After my experience yesterday with one of their salesmen if you could even call him that I would never hire them for anything. The young man was not only rude and pushy, he literally went so far as to threaten me while finally leaving (after trying to argue the semantics of what constitutes solicitation). His exact words (while walking up the street with his chuckling, portly little partner) were, youre lucky I like this job.That said, I came here only to echo what others have already said about this company: They are not to be trusted. If their salesmen approach your home, do not answer the door. They will say whatever it takes to convince you theres something wrong with your roof literally bald-faced lying about damage they claim to have seen from the street level, without performing an actual inspection. To be fair, as I understand, this is a standard sales practice in the roofing industry these days. Nonetheless, what makes Southern National so much worse is that its wannabe-thug punks who they hire and send to your front door.

      *****, our rep, was great to work with. He was an excellent communicator, explaining the process clearly, and quickly addressing our questions and requests. They were flexible on scheduling and did high quality work. Southern showed up on time and finished the same day. The new roof looks beautiful.

      The roof replacement was done excellent **** workers were very professional**** project manager was very professional, informative and friendly. I would recommend this company to my friends, neighbors. The cleanup process was exceptional. No complaints from the neighbors of any d debris on there property. We are very pleased with every aspect of this job.

      We needed our roof replaced and Sothern National Roofing came out to give an estimate on the work. *************************** was the representative who took pictures and then explained what their company could offer. He was very cordial and provided several options and worked with us in giving us a good price for the work. The roof looks great, and their warranty was exceptional. Thank you to ****** and Southern National for this positive experience.

      ***** at Southern National was the agent who made the deal for my roof.. He was very good at explaining everything I wanted to know. He explained about the materials needed and helped what I needed to get the job done. I liked that he came back to see that I was satisfied with the job after it was done. I have no complaints at all. This was a job well done.

      Wonderful Service via the Project Manager ****, he came into our home and helped us with a comprehensive understanding of the flaws in our roof, how it was comprised, with full explanation. Great guy. In addition, the job was done fast in one day with excellent work and service. They even left the place spotless you can hardly tell they did it.
