  This is not a trustworthy company. They walk around your neighborhood, knock on your door to tell you how bad your roof is. So I agreed to a consultation and free estimate. The estimate was half of the original cost of my house. I said there was no way I could do that. So after much discussion, the sales rep stated so I guess if it was $5000 you would do that. Absolutely. He called the office and the talked to his boss, who stated no we can't do that. The owner was sitting with the boss and said, no write it up for $5000. OK so he wrote the contract and I gave the deposit and set a date for a week later. 2 days before I get a call from another office person asking if this is for the whole roof. Yes it's the whole roof. I don't know if we can do it. He said I have to talk to some people to see what's going on. Heard nothing until the evening before the install and the salesman calls and says he will be returning my check, they can't do it fir $5000. I stated we have a contract, he states there's a clause either party can back out within 5 business days. Only clause in my contract is for the buyer to back out. This is just poor business practice, and the owner must know nothing if he said do it and then they go back on a contract.

  Good installation, good quality roof from what I can tell. Friendly. Was transparent about what needed to be done. There was minor miscommunication regarding the skylights, but this was remedied.

  ***** was amazing, helpful and informative. He let us choose a roof of our choice and had it done in a day. The workers were amazing quick and left no mess at all! I recommend choosing Southern National Roofing for future business!

  I love my new roof and the fact that the entire process was so easy. *****'s knowledge and professionalism were impressive. The crew was also professional, capable and thorough. They left my yard clean with no sign of their work except a wonderful new roof! Southern National proved their worth. I highly recommend.

  Process began w/a cold-call solicitation at our front door, which led to a discussion about visual clues that our roof showed signs of needing replaced (discoloration of shingles, nail pops, lifting of shingles). That, combined with my noticing a few shingles blowing off in recent wind storms, led us to agree to an in-person visit with a company project manager. that same evening. Project Manager (****) was pleasant, low-key, and very informative about his company and the roofing business. He and I visually inspected the roof again from outside .. and then in the crawl-space attic as well. He made available a number of former clients who agreed to be contacted about their own experience with Southern National Roofing company. We ultimately agreed to have Southern National replace our approximately 24-yr-old roof. They were very tuned in on weather conditions .. even delaying our roof install by a day to avoid possible thunder storms (which did occur that evening) on the scheduled install day. Installation went smoothly; clean-up was well done, and **** came in person at the start of the job that day. So far so good (only been a week) .. but we had some heavy rains in the days after install .. and I'm not seeing anything of concern. I don't anticipate revisiting this site down the road .. since the only reason I would do so is to share issues with our new roof.

  ***************************** was Awesome from the start. It was everything he said and then some. Workers where Awesome on clean up got roof replaced and chimney down in a day. It's like a whole new house.

  The project manager identified external issues as well as pointed out internal issues that we were not aware of. He provided us with a detailed walk through of who they are as a company and what they are able to provide, giving us great explanations of the entire process. It was a very comfortable experience from start to finish.

  ***** was fantastic very informative great personality was very patient with me and my mother. These guys did a great job our house looks awesome with our new roof. Great job guys
