      **** was a very professional project manager and brother in ******. He was very thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. Not to mention the contractors did an amazing job. They even cleaned our yard better then it was before. Thank you Southern National for a beautiful roof.

      Excellent service installers showed up promptly on time. Overall, customer service was amazing. Even my project manager **** follow through with everything he said he was going to do.

      These guys did a great job on my new roof in ************, **. They showed up around 7 am and got to work and finished up around 5:30 for a 31 square job. They cleaned up really well after the job was done, and the finished product looks really good with the *** Timberline HDZ shingles. Getting to the quote was a bit more information than I needed, and came off a bit car salesmen, but I think it is the protocol for these guys. **** was a nice enough guy, did his job and is a Clemson fan. Go Tigers.

      Outstanding service and installation! From the start to the finish, Southern National was top-notch. We requested a free quote, and our sales representative was out the next business day! He wasn't pushy and was informative regarding the installation process and quality that Southern National provides. Once we decided and scheduled our installation, we had a new roof within a week. The installers were quick and finished the installation on about a 1000-square-foot house in one day. They cleaned the yard of all the debris and made it safe for our dogs to roam. I would highly recommend Southern National!

      The roof seems to be working well. My only complaint is I was told that you would get me a bill of sale but it never arrived

      ******************* of ********* ** was a great guy spent hours with ** making sure we understood the process. And to top it off we have up to a year interest free. They were here and gone in the same day left no mess *** even came by to check on things Im very happy with the company and the service thank you so much for everything *********************

      Grey D. carefully examined our existing roof and attic spaces, taking pains to explain to us what he observed, what was its cause and what needed to be done. He showed us various roofing solutions offered by Southern National, careful to point out the care taken to provide us with a roof that does the job and will continue to do the job for years to come. He gave us a good overview of Southern National's offerings, explaining the differences between the choices. He did a good job of identifying critical components of a long-lasting roof: decking and truss examination and repairs, felt-buster, drip edge, ridge vent with adequate opening, and shingle quality and design. He was able to find us the exact shingle we wanted at a discount, strategically used a wood discount for which we qualified, and arranged to have his crew onsite and the roof completed just a week and a day later. His crew arrived early, completed the entire job in one day, and did a great job of cleanup.

      ***** and his team were wonderful from start to finish. ***** explained all the options clearly, answered all my questions patiently, gave input when I asked, and respected my desires and preferences. He got me scheduled right away, and the men did excellent work. I have a very steep roof, so they had to wear rappelling equipment and be very careful. Even so, they got the entire job done in one day, and it looks amazing. Best of all, the warranty ensures that I won't be paying for another roof for a very long time (for my entire life if I stay in this house). ****** was then very helpful and on top of the financial end of things. Mine was the experience everyone should have when making such a big purchase. Thank you, Southern National!
