5 starsI am 100% satisfied with all parts of the process and the final product!The initial inspection was on time, thorough, and not exaggerated. The inspector took detailed photos and patiently talked through all their observations. The project manager gave an excellent and comprehensive presentation on all of the different potential products, installation methods, and warranties available. We were also amicably able to work out a good price and properly handle my complex HOA paperwork. The installation process was smooth, on time, and professional from start to finish. Workers and materials arrived right as scheduled, took up a minimal amount of space, and thoroughly cleaned up all detritus from the old roof and material packaging. I was particularly impressed with the by-hand final sweep to get even the tiny non-magnetic debris out of the leaves. The final product looks great and I would definitely recommend Southern National to others!Review fromMegan H

5 starsApparently, our **** sq ft house has a complicated roof with over 20 different facets and all of the quotes we received were very painful. We needed to have it replaced by October or we would lose our homeowner's insurance and Southern National came in, gave us a quote, and were working on our roof within about a week of first contact. **** did our quote and he was wonderful. He answered all the questions we had and even some we didn't even think to ask. We didn't feel pressured into signing a contract and they were willing to work with us for a couple of things that we needed to accomplish once the old roof was off, before the new roof went on. They started about 7 or 8 in the morning and they were pulling out of our driveway at 7 that night with the whole roof done. They were very courteous and did a decent job cleaning up the yard. We've found a few roofing nails in the front yard over the last few weeks but they weren't magnetic so they got missed with the magnet they swept through the yard; not a big deal (we had so many leaves in our yard they were very easy to miss). We had a couple of hiccups with financing but that wasn't anything that Southern National did. We got the financing sorted while the roof was being put on. There was a slight miscommunication with regards to replacing some of the sheeting, but I'm pretty sure that was something I misunderstood from the beginning. Finances were tight for us and they worked with us every step of the way keeping that in mind. I would recommend them to anyone.Review fromLee H

1 starBe very careful of this company. They came uninvited to our home and tried to use scare tactics to sell us a roof. I'd had a trusted roofer just review our roof 2 months prior who said we had at least ten plus more years of life on it. Contracted with Southern National for home roof, gutters, soffit, facia replacement. Resulting work is excellent, performed timely. Installation Manager, *****, took care of any issues, kept communication online and available always. Follow-up, ******, covered all the details and concerns to finished product and paperwork. Project met all the expectations shared by original SN Representative *****. Each very knowledgeable, patient, and detailed. Have more projects in plans going forward, and will be reaching out to Southern National LLc again.

5 starsA salesman came to our door with a lot of roofing problems checked off. I normally do not trust any company that comes to me instead of me coming to them, but I feel that this company is different. I did not need to be convinced that we needed a new roof; I knew our roof was old. Chris was very thorough throughout the process, explaining everything and taking time with us. We have a 50 year warranty and do not have to worry should a problem arise. Also we received a discount which helped. I would recommend Southern National Roofing.Review fromBrian S
