1 starSame thing happened to me. The salesperson told me everything is wrong with my roof and said with the bad shingles like mine I should have a lot of leaks in the attic. That I should replace the roof as soon as possible. He did not know that I have my roof inspected annually by a trusted company and the last inspection happened to be less than a month ago. Any loose shingles were fixed and there was nothing wrong with the roof :). He was a nice young man though and was not pushy at all. I am glad I checked the reviews and thank all those who left a review for others. I should find a reputable roofing company in my area myself and then invite them for inspection and pricing.Review fromJerry S

It turned out to be fortunate that Southern National Roofing came to our door, because my wife and I had forgotten how old our shingles were and hadn’t had an inspection for a while. After the roof’s condition was pointed out to us, we could see the need for a new one.
Ethan, who came to our home, spent lots of time with us. He did a good inspection inside our attic for any signs of leakage. After doing an outside measurement of our roof’s requirements, he took time to explain all aspects of what Southern National could provide and all the choices we had according to quality of material, our needs, and our affordability. Ethan was very personable and friendly. He gave us confidence that we were in good hands. There was a beautiful selection of shingles to choose from. And Ethan did his best to give us advice and give us our best deal. One other thing we liked was that Ethan assured us he would make sure our flowers and plants were respected and not harmed by the roofers since we had specially requested such. And that turned out to be true.
Before the roofing occurred, we also communicated with Justin, in their main office, and he was courteous and helpful. He made sure that everything we had decided on with Ethan was correct and updated us on the roofing date and details.
On the day of the roofing, the large crew arrived punctually, and we were impressed with their speed and coordination. Their foreman, who was very nice, took time to explain to us how they were placing the shingles for maximum efficiency. The roofing was finished by the afternoon. Then they cleaned up all the trash and debris, even using a metal detector to find any nails.
Some days later, Ethan came out to do a final inspection. He had even been sent pictures in real time of the work as it progressed. And he wanted to be assured that were satisfied.
We are very happy with our beautiful roof and feel it has given our house a fresh new look. Southern National did a great job.

1 starAggressive door to door solicitation with fear mongering “inspection report.” When I told them the roof was new and was fine, they got more aggressive, started telling me that my roof was “actually leaking”, as if I wouldn’t know that if it were true.Review fromTanya A

1 starThese guys are a complete scam. They go door to door scaring people by telling you "from the road we can see multiple leaks in your roof" and literally demand that you walk with them outside to inspect it. First off, my roof is brand new and only 5 months old, second, how in the world can you see multiple leaks in my roof from the road?! This is total crap and someone needs to stop this from happening because everything they tell you is a complete lie. Avoid this company at all cost!Review fromErin R

We worked with ***** on the initial inspection, who did a great job explaining our options and helping ** make the best decision for our home. Both ****** and ***** were great with communication throughout the whole process, which their crew completed in one day. Even once the job was complete they were quick and happy to answer questions. We decide to go with Southern National because our sale's person Chris was willing to accommodate our needs and worked to keep us comfortable throughout the whole process. 1 starOnce again, I find another unsolicited "Roof Inspection Report" stuck in my front door. It's right beside my "No Soliciting" sign. If this "Inspector" can't read that sign, I'm pretty sure I don't feel great about his "inspection" skills.
He reported the usual "signs of leak" and "buckled shingles" and "staining/algae/moss" - none of which are true. No reputable, professional company would resort to these kinds of "negging" tactics to conduct business. I love how they show a 4 1/2 star Google rating on their flyer. Hmmmm.....I'm pretty sure that's false advertising. I'm so tired of their trespassing and unsolicited, annoying tactics.
