    I never received an order I placed with swap nor have i received a full refund. I have sent numerous emails, however all outreach has failed to even receive a human-generated response. Brief synopsis is this. 3/24/23 I placed an order for two pairs of shoes 4/3/23 order not received and I began emailing you to inquire about its status.4/5/23 i received a notification about the database issues and my order was no longer viewable.6/13/23 still haven't received the order nor a full refund. I have given up on trying to contacting them and would encourage others not to do business with them.

    I used to spend a lot of money with this company for years. They have gone down hill quick. "New" system is the worst "update" I've ever seen. Employees who are vetting clothing need to be taught how to do their job better. Measurements are not correct, especially the **************** smell of mothballs. A lot of the clothing are either stained or have holes. Will never do business with again.

    I have shopped here for several years now and this time it is hard to find my size and if I do only 6 or 7 items shown-, It. Was easier and faster to shop before the changes.

    Did not receive full order and was charged for items not received, No answer from company after leaving several e mails. Do not expect to get items or a refund from them, Company needs to be shut down,

    Swap.com will not give back my credit balance of seventy something dollars$$ I have contacted them by email 3 times. They said that they had switched to an all new platform & no account information could be transferred over, therefore you need to make new account in order to continue to shop with them. This is stealing!!! Ripped off customers paid for their new platform. ??DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY??Also on more than one of my past orders I received the clothing items stunk so bad that they LITERALLY gagged me bad, & that's hard to do!! They sent me a nightgown that looked like someone had laid & decayed in it, after I washed it my husband took as an garage oil rag.

    Never received all of my order. I contacted them and they asked me for the order number as if they didn't have any record of it. Never do business with them again .worst company ever.

    Not sure WHAT is going on with this company. Placed an order April 14th and received a partial order. I have email numerous times. I received a robotic response stating they are behind and to be patient. They sent me a request to rate the response regarding my inquiry. Needless to say, I was not generous in the compliment department. Several other emails were sent on my behalf and no response. I will not be shopping with them any longer nor will I recommend them to my friends.

    First, last, and only time I ordered from them. They immediately charged my card, never shipped my purchases, wont respond to emails or phone messages, cant find any record of my order on my account( thank god!! I saved my order conf. Email) and now its almost 2 months later and I still have yet to receive my things. Terrible way to do business.

    I order 4 pieces of clothing all in new with tags or like new condition. I received 2 pieces which were damaged and obviously worn. The other 2 items did not ship and were automatically canceled. They issued a refund for the 2 that were canceled, but did not refund shipping fees. The 2 that arrived in poor condition, I attempted to return. I received a "return approved" email, but no instructions/return label, etc. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company. Their return policy does not include refund of the shipping charges, and for any returns, $10.99 will be deducted (i.e., I will end up paying close to $22 for NO articles of clothing). This is rediculous!

    I started shopping with Swap.com because of a friends referral. The first order, however, arrived with me getting two items that were wrong. I should have known this was an omen. In the years following, half of my orders have arrived on time, the clothing is in good or better condition and its something that I would have paid that price for had I seen it locally. Butthe other half of my orders have been just plain incorrect size or item type (skirt instead of skort); the quality is pitiful (holes, stains, stretches); and it arrives too late for the $10! shipping fee. The inventory is mislabeled. *** contacted Customer Support on numerous occasions to bring this to their attention. How can workout leggings be labeled as capri pants, and shorts (or skorts) be labeled as skirt or a sports bra be labeled as intimates? Come on, guys! Hire people who know what clothing styles are and how to properly categorize them AND provide proper sizing on mens clothing or get out of the business. Email responses with this company are slow or not at all. I even wrote to Customer Support offering my services to sort out the inventory, at a very fair wage, and heard nary a word. Guess they really dont care about people willing to help them make their business better so what do you think they feel about customers? Look elsewhere for your online consignment needs.
