  Occasionally the website will have a sale however they refuse to honor the sale price. Everytime I order during their sale my item always gets canceled. This time instead of canceling after 2 days, the seller waited 5 full days to cancel my order. This is false advertising on the business, and sellers should not be allowed to sell on a platform if they cant fulfill the orders at the prices of the sale event.

  I have been a Swap customer since 2019 and I keep coming back. I used to shop at thrift stores for clothing but unfortunately resellers have ruined that experience. I can't find anything anymore. At Swap I can find affordable name brand used clothing at a decent price. I've had some issues but whenever I've had to contact customer service which I contact by the email, I always get a response and the issue is solved. I have sold items on Swap but always opt for the store credit. I feel better sending items to Swap than donating them to local thrift stores since resellers clean the thrift stores out of affordable clothing for people like myself and inflate the price to sell on other platforms. Covid has impacted all areas of our lives and you see it now with online retailers. I believe everyone is doing what they can now. I love Swap's return policy and don't mind the store credit since I can usually find something else I like. I hope in the future they have the manpower to take measurements of their items so I would have to return less because of sizing issues. I have bought numerous pairs of name brand shoes and have been beyond thrilled with my purchases. Looking forward to another year of shopping thrift online with Swap. I'm sorry other people have had less than desirable experiences.

  I have sold with swap for several years with no problems until now. They refuse to pay us and they always have a grand excuse why they have not paid us. we still waiting for payment as of now. This company has went down the wrong road. They will keep your money, no customer service, no email, no messenger no nothing.

  Initially, I was excited to find a consigent site that took mens clothing. I have sent in multiple boxes of clothing. I check for piling, wear and stains. I thought the process would be simple and I would have minimal reject rates as I do on other sites. I was wrong. I have incured so many reject and shipping fees that it dosent make sense for me to send them another box to consign. If you're looking for a site to consign clothing I would highly suggest other options. I'm not the type to write negative reviews, but I feel it is in the best interest to warn other sellers before they consign with this site.
