    I have been a customer for a very long time. Recently half my order or my entire order has been suddenly out of stock. I get either a store credit that expires after awhile or a refund. But there is never an explanation as to why half or the entire order went ****. Very disappointed and at this point it is highly unlikely I will ever order from them again

    *** sent repeated emails about the loss of my account and have only received generic emails in return. I had money in my account plus had payouts that I never received. I also have many nice items still for sale that Im guessing I wont be compensated for. I understand they recently changed their online site but no notice was given about the changes and as a long ********************* and buyer it feels very unprofessional. I really enjoyed Swap and I hope they will make up for what *** lost in old and future payouts. Thank you.

    Half my orders have been unable to be shipped because the product is suddenly not found. I havent gotten refunds, and then there have been orders that 2 weeks after purchasing have yet to be sent. I contact them via email and have yet to hear anything back from them.

    I sent a box to them almost a year ago and was told I would be told soon, at that time, I would be a Premier seller due to the amount of clothes accepted. Then crickets. I would check frequently but my box items never got listed. Now I checked today and I dont see anywhere on the website how to sell your items. And my clothes, that they have, are not listed in my account. My account doesnt even have my past orders, which were just a few. And I tried to buy some sneakers, and just looked and the listings are all jacked up. Most with no photo or the bottom of the shoe only. Way to sell items. Dont waste time or money. Dont walk, run!

    Please do not sell your clothes to this company. They will string you along and take your clothes. Here is my unfortunate experience with swap.com:- I sent a box of clothes 10 months ago: 40 out of 42 items in May 2022 - none of which are listed! - Advertises thousands of items added daily - where are my items?- Applied a $19.99 fee to my account, which is unbelievable, considering my clothes are NOT listed. Initially, that fee was expected, but after waiting almost a year, there is no reason to charge a fee. - The customer support team said that I would be invited as a premier seller last summer. I was never invited and had to send several emails before receiving a response to my inquiries.

    I placed an order of ~$100 after I thought I had clearly read the return policy, but I still feel like I got scammed. Thank fully I used Amazon pay, so I am waiting to hear back from my claim.Some of my items from the order were missing ENTIRELY. That refund was never processed. Quite a few items weren't as described (juniors sized as womens, wrong color, etc) so even if they were final sale, they wouldn't even offer store credit which I believe is bad business because this lets them get away with a lot. Most of the other items just didn't fit which makes them eligible for store credit, but I honestly don't want to spend another dime at this website. I did end up keeping 4 items but it was definitely not worth the hassle and worry of shopping here. Steer clear!!

    Very bad business practices at this company. They keep all of the money from the sale of your items with their added on fees. You wind up owing them money if you send them your clothing! Run from this company!

    They have screwed up 3 orders and keep losing my stuff and then keep giving store credit to s**** up again. It's a vicious cycle. Don't shop here you get what you pay for its horrible

    I sent a box in last year and was told through several emails that my box was delayed in the warehouse or blah blah blah. Flash forward to now and I never received a dime for any of the items I sent in! I should have trusted my guy and donated or sold the items myself! This was a scam and they take advantage of people

    I consigned with this company At the beginning all was good Then they closed the business for aprox 5 months due to overstock i was told. When they reopened it was a disaster. I mailed them 3 24x24 size boxes full of clothing. What I was org promised was not what I got. Out of 200 clothes, they paid me an average of 15 cents to 25 cents. Per item.on sold items. ( many Gap clothes. My check for these came to $7.50 I was shocked Then they wanted me to pay to have my not sold items sent back to me. They ended up keeping my items as they donate them to their company.. Then I saw on daughters coat for sale for ***** after. Do NOT be a CONSIGNOR. Take your items to your local consignment shop or sell on market place on bundle or have a yard sale. You will make alot more.
