    Placed an order for 4 items. After days of the order sitting in processing I received an email saying my order was shipped but that one of my items was no longer in stock and I would be refunded that amount. Well I never received a refund, they gave me a store credit instead!!! Then a label was created for the package but was not physically shipped for 5 more days!!! Once I received the package 2 of the 3 items were completely incorrect. One item was supposed to be an XL adult pair of *********************** sweats but instead I received a kids XL pair of ***************** sweats (which weren't even the same color as the sweats in the picture to begin with). The 2nd item that was wrong was for an adult XL pair of ******** sweats but instead I was sent a kids pair of XL ******** sweats... (Correct pants from website photo just listed size incorrectly). The last item sent was shockingly correct. I'm not sure who is in charge of this business but it's complete c*** The photos provided online for the listings are horrible and I've found multiple listings with incorrect sizes, incorrect lengths of pants and incorrect brands which you could clearly see on the clothing tags that WERE visible in the picture. This operation could actually be great with a total revamp of their website AND a complete staffing change. Otherwise it will remain a *cross your fingers and pray you get what you think you ordered* kind of site which will obviously continue to worsen as the years they are in business go on.

    At first I was concerend with the reviews saying that they didnt get their items, but I decided that I would give Swap a try. I ended getting my items about 2 weeks after I placed my order and the items were in good shape and the right size. I dont know how Swap has been in the past but based on my experience with buying from the site Id say that its a company that deserves more love. I would definitely recommend.

    I placed an order in early October that stayed at the processing stage for weeks. I asked repeatedly for an update and received no response, and then I asked repeatedly for the order to be cancelled and to not ship because it was taking too long. I received no response again. The order finally shipped despite my requests, and I started the return process today and a $10.99 shipping charge was put on the return. I would please like a response, and I would please like a full refund on my credit card for the problematic order.

    They received/inventoried a box of mine on May 5 2022 accepting 32 items. Today is Nov 21 2022 and they havent posted any of the items. I have sent multiple inquiries which were answered in the beginning (each time I was told dont worry they will be posted within a week) and now they dont even answer my emails. I would like an answer as to where my items are, and if you have no intention of posting my 32 items I would like them back.

    I have never dealt with a less professional company. I ordered a coat over a MONTH ago in preparation for winter. Only for them to send me a notice today saying the coat I ordered and paid for was no longer available and they would refund me ( which I doubt). The jeans are supposed to ship soon but no valid tracking number as of yet (week five of waiting). Very shady business. Dont waste your money!

    At first i thought swap.com was a great place to find good used clothes and not have to spend a lot of money. My first order went smooth and I got the items in a reasonable time, so I placed another order. That was on Oct. 15th and it still tells me that its processing! Swap is giving me no assistance or explaination. I agree with you, ****************.COMMUNICATION!! This will be my last order with Swap which is sad. I just hope I get my last order!

    I didnt want to post this as to I am usually very very lenient with things. I have ordered from this company before & it was good! A pair of ****** ***** heels for prom, I think 4-5 years ago, they got delivered & shipped within a week & a half! Then I decided I wanted to order again (October 4th), I desperately needed new clothes for work & I didnt want to spend an arm & a leg. So I got two winter jackets (that I was so beyond excited for) & 7 skirts (2 ****, 5 Khaki) for 99.91$. Ok not bad. I ordered on October 4th, & it said it was supposed to arrive on the 10th-13th. I have gotten ONE skirt. It was alright but smelt like an old ladys house which i said ok well it is a thrift store, & got over that. But my thing is it is now the night of October 24th so tomorrow it will be 22 days since I have ordered. So I text them once a day & get the same response (this is the latest one I *********** got back and said) I'm sorry for the delay. I haven't heard back from the team yet, but I just sent another follow-up. I'll be in touch. Ive texted them more than 5 times and get the same answer every single timeDid something happen at one of the warehouses and they didnt let the entire establishment know? I think about those things too but the communication NEEDS. TO. GET. BETTER. if something happened whether it be about your order, an item, or someone, communicate! I get the sale texts all of the time. Please. Just. Communicate. To. US! Dont just tell me that youre behind on so many orders. If that is truly the case, tell the people what order # they are and what place they are in to be packed next, like I ordered on The 4th so I would be 142, get it? Just more COMMUNICATION. I am a marketplace seller and ship twice a week, I also work full time. I dont want to say that there arent any excuses because life does happen. But Shipping time is different- once its in transit then it could take some time, but to physically get it packed into a box is different.

    I thought the environment would be saved by making a purchase from this company. I guess this company just wanted to take people's money. I made a purchase and never received the items or a refund. Now, I'm reporting them in hopes of saving someone else's money.

    I really liked swap at first, but now I am having continuous problems with receiving items that are not as described and damaged, and getting an actual refund is impossible. It seems really unethical, you receive damaged goods and are refunded with store credit, only to receive more damaged goods. They also charge a $4.99 fee for returns now, and I am having an issue getting that money back on a return of items that was all things that were not as described or wrong items. There are also many circumstances where you place an order and 1 or more of the items are unavailable. I have two tickets open with customer support right now, one 13 days old, and I cannot get a response. This is awful.

    I have a small Resale Shop and I supply it with online thrift stores..SWAP.com has a policy that they will refund damaged goods to your original form of payment but I've returned and only recieved partial returns or " store credit" and time after time after time they send damaged goods and do not apply a refund so your " STORE CREDIT GROWS" as you re-purchase to spend it- only to get more damaged goods, rips, stains, and very often smells.( a scam loop) I want my promised refunds on the damaged pieces. I understand the policy completely. If you simply do not like it then you get a credit but if it's damaged you get a refund.Also. They leave stuff " in stock" even after its been " sold". They are usually the " favorites" in your cart. It almost feels like "click bait" because when you recieve your order ...the favorite items are missing. So if you are in business as I am and you are buying specific items ENTER: a fur poncho) ...and it's NOT in your order that they have had WEEKS to tell you it's not there...then they cause harm to your business. Or if you are creating a "buzz" with a specific "find" and its not there then it effects your business. I had to tell my customer that my supplier "said it was available and it wasn't". She said " you need a new supplier". Sad. THEN they tell you you cannot get a refund on store credits that should have been refunds to begin with and the scam cycle ( in my professional opinion) continues!!!!And they ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE! When are thier excuses unexcuseable? Swap.com needs to give people their money back for damaged goods AS PROMISED. Please help us vendors and customers. ALL WE WANT ARE QUALITY ITEMS. They are not following their own guidelines on returns and need HIGHER STANDARDS ON QUALITY or be honest about GOOD CONDITION because good condition is NOT dirty or with HOLES.
